Setting Up Delivery Into Your Home or Garage Without a Smart Device
If you want to receive deliveries into your home or garage and you’ll be home to let the US Big Deals associate in, follow these steps to set up:
- Open the US Big Deals app and select your Account.
- Select .
- Select InHome preferences on the address you want to set up inside delivery for without a smart device.
- Select Edit in InHome preferences.
- Select Kitchen or Garage.
- Select “I’ll be home to let them in”
- Select Yes or No to the Pet question.
- Select Property type (optional).
- Enter the gate code or call box code if you live in a gated community.
- Enter any specific delivery instructions you want the US Big Deals associate to follow.
- Select Finish Set Up
You can also set up this delivery preference during the checkout process when you’re placing an InHome order. Select Edit on the Review Order page to open InHome preferences.
If you aren’t home or don’t answer the door at the time of delivery, your US Big Deals associate will leave your order at your door and take a photo of the delivery before leaving.
Doorstep Delivery
If you prefer to receive your orders to your door, follow these steps to set up doorstep delivery:
- Open the US Big Deals app and select your Account.
- Select .
- Select InHome preferences on the address you want to set up doorstep delivery for.
- Select Edit in InHome preferences.
- Select Doorstep.
- Select Property type (optional).
- Enter the gate code or call box code if you live in a gated community.
- Enter any specific delivery instructions you want the US Big Deals associate to follow.
- Select Finish Set Up.
You can also set up this delivery preference during the checkout process when you’re placing an InHome order. Select Edit on the Review Order page to open InHome preferences.
