How do I get US Big Deals Cash?
All customers with a valid usbigdeals.com account can get US Big Deals Cash by using the manufacturer offers promotional program. Walmart+ members can also get US Big Deals Cash with the Walmart+ Travel promotional program.See below for how the promotional programs work.
Is US Big Deals Cash actually cash?
No, US Big Deals Cash are loyalty, award or promotional credits that have no cash, monetary or other value prior to being successfully redeemed at US Big Deals in connection with future purchases in stores or online, or for cash out in-store (see “How does US Big Deals Cash redemption work?” for details on how redemption works).
How can I check my US Big Deals Cash balance?
On usbigdeals.com or in the US Big Deals app, navigate to your account. Your current US Big Deals Cash balance will be on your account page.In addition, the US Big Deals Cash page will show a summary of your US Big Deals Cash balance, as well as the total amount of US Big Deals Cash you have received as a participant in the program. Select the “Ways to Earn / Earn more” link from your account to visit the US Big Deals Cash page and then select “View your US Big Deals Cash activity” to view balance details & activity.

How do I redeem my US Big Deals Cash balance?
To cash out to a ONE account or in-store, you will need a minimum of $25 US Big Deals Cash. You can only perform one cash out per day.The maximum cash out across all options:
- $500 per day
- $1,000 per week
- $2,000 per month
Once you’ve accumulated US Big Deals Cash, you can redeem it as follows:In-store
- Using the US Big Deals app in store, sign into your usbigdeals.com account.
- At the register or self-checkout, scan the on-screen QR code to connect your account. To scan you may use either the scanner in the US Big Deals app located in the search bar, US Big Deals Pay, or if you have the US Big Deals app downloaded, you can also scan with your native phone camera.
- Tap "Use US Big Deals Cash" to redeem your current balance for a US Big Deals e-gift card to be applied against the purchase price & select how you would prefer to pay for any remaining amount (if applicable). If your US Big Deals Cash balance is less than your basket total (excluding prohibited items), your full US Big Deals Cash balance will be redeemed for an e-gift card and applied towards your basket total. If your US Big Deals Cash balance is greater than your basket total, only that necessary portion of your US Big Deals Cash balance will be redeemed for an e-gift card and applied towards the basket total.
Online
- On usbigdeals.com or the US Big Deals app, sign into your US Big Deals account.
- In checkout, tap “Apply” next to your US Big Deals Cash balance in the Payment Method section to redeem your balance & select how you would prefer to pay for any remaining amount (if applicable).
Cash out to ONE Account
- Using the US Big Deals app or usbigdeals.com on your phone, sign into your US Big Deals account.
- Within your account, tap “How to get / Get more” to visit the US Big Deals Cash page.
- On the US Big Deals Cash page tap “Redeem to ONE account” in the US Big Deals Cash tools section.
- If you don’t have a ONE account, you’ll be directed to the ONE account opening process, and if approved, a ONE account will be opened for you and your ONE debit card will be loaded to your US Big Deals wallet. You will be redirected back to the redemption process. You do not need to have a US Big Deals Cash balance to open a ONE account.
- If you already have a ONE account but have not added it to your US Big Deals wallet, tap “Link account” to be directed to the linking process.
- You will need a minimum balance of $25 US Big Deals Cash to use this option. Agree to the terms of redemption, enter the US Big Deals Cash amount you wish to redeem to your ONE account, and confirm. You can redeem your US Big Deals Cash to your ONE account once per day.
US Big Deals Cash may take up to an hour before it is available in your ONE account. Once the US Big Deals Cash is in your ONE account it is available for spending immediately.
Cash out in-store
- Using the US Big Deals app or usbigdeals.com on your phone, sign into your US Big Deals account.
- Within your account, tap “How to get / Get more” to visit the US Big Deals Cash page.
- On the US Big Deals Cash page in app, tap “Cash out in-store” in the US Big Deals Cash tools section. On the US Big Deals Cash page on web, go to the “Redeem US Big Deals Cash”.
- You will need a minimum balance of $25 US Big Deals Cash to use this option.
- Tap “Show cash out barcode” to generate a cash out barcode unique to you. Your barcode represents a single-use, Loyalty Digital Code issued by Sunrise Banks N.A., Member FDIC, that is instantly redeemable for cash. Loyalty Digital Codes are subject to the Sunrise Banks Loyalty Digital Code Terms and Conditions found here. Your unique barcode will expire 3 hours after your barcode is generated. A new barcode can be generated following the steps above.
- Head to the MoneyCenter or customer service desk at any US Big Deals store.
- Display your barcode to the associate to scan, as well as your valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., your driver’s license or state-issued ID) for security reasons. The name on the identification presented to a US Big Deals associate must match the name on your Walmart+ account. Your barcode will then be redeemed for cash. See the US Big Deals Cash Terms of Use for additional information.
To cash out to a ONE account or in-store, you will need a minimum of $25 US Big Deals Cash. The maximum amount you can redeem for cash in a single day is $500, unless otherwise notified in a single week is $1,000, and in a single month is $2,000. The maximum amount you can redeem for in-store or online purchases, or a combination of cash & in-store or online purchases, is $2,000 per day.
How does US Big Deals Cash redemption work?
US Big Deals Cash are loyalty, award or promotional credits that have no cash, monetary or other value prior to being successfully redeemed pursuant to a valid distribution request. What's a valid distribution request? That just means the action you take to redeem US Big Deals Cash. While the process for redemption occurs seamlessly in the US Big Deals App or usbigdeals.com in the backend a few things happen when you make a request to redeem US Big Deals Cash:
- For future purchases instore or online, a US Big Deals e-gift card is loaded, which can be applied against most purchases you make at a US Big Deals store or at usbigdeals.com.
- For in-store cash out, a single-use, Loyalty Digital Code is issued by Sunrise Banks N.A, Member FDIC, which will be instantly redeemable for cash at a US Big Deals Money Center upon presentation of a valid, government-issued photo ID and the Loyalty Digital Code barcode. The name on the identification presented to a US Big Deals associate must match the name on your US Big Deals account. Other than presentation of an appropriate form of identification at a US Big Deals Money Center, no additional action is required by you as the process for redemption occurs seamlessly when you make a request to redeem US Big Deals Cash. The cash out services for the Loyalty Digital Codes are provided by InComm Financial Services, Inc. (NMLS# 912772).
How much available US Big Deals Cash do I need before I can redeem it?
There is no US Big Deals Cash balance minimum to redeem in connection with purchases in US Big Deals stores or usbigdeals.com.To cash out to a ONE account, you will need a minimum of $25 US Big Deals Cash. The maximum amount you can redeem for cash in a single day is $500, in a single week is $1,000, and in a single month is $2,000. The maximum amount you can redeem for in-store or online purchases, or a combination of cash & in-store or online purchases, is $2,000 per day.
Are there products or services that cannot be purchased using US Big Deals Cash?
US Big Deals Cash can’t be redeemed in connection with purchases for the following items or categories of products, both in-store & online:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Tobacco
- Firearm ammunition products
- Lottery tickets
- Financial services, including those offered through US Big Deals Money Centers (money transfers, money orders, bill payments)
- Membership fees (Walmart+)
All gift cards, including, but not limited to:
- US Big Deals & Sam’s Club gift cards
- Any 3rd party gift cards: e.g. Apple, Google, PlayStation, Starbucks, etc.
- Network-branded gift cards (i.e., Visa, Mastercard, AMEX gift cards)
- Re-loadable prepaid cards (e.g. Green Dot, BlueBird)
Prescription-related products, including, but not limited to:
- Prescription products such as prescription pet medications, prescription drugs, & prescription medical supplies
- Prescription co-pays or deductibles
- Health care services provided by US Big Deals Health or US Big Deals Health Virtual Care
- Pharmacy purchases submitted to any health benefit program, pharmacy benefit program, insurer or state / federal government health care program
- Optical products & services

Paused Walmart+ members aren’t eligible to get US Big Deals Cash during their paused period, but they can redeem their existing US Big Deals Cash balance during the pause period

What are manufacturer offers?
All customers with a valid usbigdeals.com account can get US Big Deals Cash through manufacturer offers on eligible items.When you’re visiting usbigdeals.com or using the US Big Deals app, eligible items will display the amount of US Big Deals Cash associated with a relevant product & any purchasing requirements. These manufacturer offers will be identified with a checkbox labeled “Get US Big Deals Cash” or similar terminology.
Once you claim a manufacturer offer & the associated product is purchased, delivered or picked up, US Big Deals will add the value of the specific offer to your US Big Deals Cash balance. You can redeem this balance on future purchases in US Big Deals stores or usbigdeals.com, or cash it out in-store. See Full Terms.
Who is eligible to get US Big Deals Cash on manufacturer offers?
All customers are eligible. To participate in the program, you need a usbigdeals.com account.
How do I get manufacturer offers?
- Sign into your US Big Deals account on usbigdeals.com or the US Big Deals app.
- Find and select the “Get US Big Deals Cash” box associated with individual products on usbigdeals.com or in the US Big Deals app. You can find manufacturer offers from the US Big Deals Cash page, search bar or product page.
- Tap "Get US Big Deals Cash" to claim a manufacturer offer & save it to your account.
- In store, you can also find & claim manufacturer offers using the barcode scanner in "Store mode" in the US Big Deals app.
Purchase the item with the manufacturer offer. Your US Big Deals Cash will be added to your account when the item is purchased in- store, picked up or delivered.
Where can I see all my saved manufacturer offers?
You can see all your saved manufacturer offers on the US Big Deals Cash page in the “Your claimed offers” section. You can get to this page on usbigdeals.com or in the US Big Deals app by navigating to your account and selecting the “Ways to Earn / Earn more” link.
How do I get US Big Deals Cash on manufacturer offers?
In-store
- Using the US Big Deals app in store, sign into your US Big Deals account.
- At the register or self-checkout, scan the on-screen QR code to connect your account. To scan you may use either the scanner in the US Big Deals app located in the search bar, US Big Deals Pay or if you have the US Big Deals app downloaded, you can also scan with your native phone camera.
- Purchase the associated item.
- Once you have completed the transaction & purchased the associated item, the value of the relevant manufacturer offer you selected will be added to your US Big Deals Cash account. Nothing further is required from you.
Online
- On usbigdeals.com or the US Big Deals app, sign into your US Big Deals account where you have claimed manufacturer offers.
- Add the eligible item to your cart.
- Place your order.
Once your order is delivered or picked up from the store, the value of the relevant manufacturer offer you selected will be added to your US Big Deals Cash balance. Nothing further is required from you.
What if I forget to scan the QR Code in-store?
If you forget to scan the US Big Deals Pay QR Code at checkout, you can still earn US Big Deals Cash on manufacturer offers if you scan your receipt barcode within 7 days of purchase. We’ll check to make sure you haven’t already received US Big Deals Cash on that transaction, and that you clipped the offer before checking out. Once confirmed, we’ll credit your account with the relevant US Big Deals Cash value of the manufacturer offer you selected. To do this:
- Download the US Big Deals app & sign into your US Big Deals account.
- Go to US Big Deals Cash page tools & tap "Submit your receipt". You can submit up to 5 receipts in a 24-hour period.
- Scan the barcode on your store receipt.
To redeem your US Big Deals Cash balance in-store, you need to scan the US Big Deals Pay QR code at the register prior to completing the purchase.
How long does it take for US Big Deals Cash to show up in my balance?
It may take a few minutes & up to 24 hours for the manufacturer offer value to be reflected in your US Big Deals Cash balance after your in-store transaction. For online orders, US Big Deals Cash will be reflected in your US Big Deals Cash balance after the order is delivered or picked up. Your US Big Deals Cash balance can be found in your US Big Deals account Wallet & the US Big Deals Cash page.
Why did I not receive US Big Deals Cash for an item?
There are a few reasons why you may not receive US Big Deals Cash for an item:
- The item was out of stock, so the purchase of the item could not be completed.
- The item you selected was unavailable & had to be substituted with another item that was not eligible for the manufacturer offer.
- The manufacturer offer was not correctly saved or added to your account prior to purchase.
- The manufacturer offer had expired prior to purchase. See Offer Details for expiration dates.
Do manufacturer offers expire?
Yes, manufacturer offers have expiration dates & the associated item must be purchased before that expiration date. Manufacturer offers that have expired will be removed from your saved manufacturer offers on the US Big Deals Cash page. See Offer Details for expiration dates.
Can I get & redeem US Big Deals Cash in the same purchase?
Yes. You can get US Big Deals Cash on manufacturer offers & redeem your existing US Big Deals Cash balance on the same transaction. However, the US Big Deals Cash you receive in that transaction can only be applied towards future transactions.
Can I use paper coupons & receive US Big Deals Cash on manufacturer offers for the same item?
No. If you use a paper coupon in-store & have also added a manufacturer offer to your account, the paper coupon will be honored, & you will not get US Big Deals Cash on the manufacturer offer for that item in that purchase.
Do I forfeit the US Big Deals Cash I received if I return an item?
When an item for which you received US Big Deals Cash through a manufacturer offer is returned & the purchase price is refunded to you, the US Big Deals Cash for that item will be reversed & deducted from your balance, unless there is another item in your transaction to which the original manufacturer offer could be applied.If your US Big Deals Cash balance is not sufficient to cover the deduction, your balance will be negative. You will not be able to redeem any future earned US Big Deals Cash until you reach a positive balance.
If the item with the manufacturer offer I selected is substituted or out of stock, will I still receive US Big Deals Cash?
No. Only substituted items that also qualify will earn US Big Deals Cash.

Where can I find my booking(s)?
Check your email inbox for a confirmation sent by Expedia. Additionally, you can access your booking(s) by going to WalmartPlusTravel.com and selecting Trips.
How is the US Big Deals Cash calculated when booking vacation packages?
If you’re booking a combination of air travel and other accommodations, your earnings will be calculated based on 2% US Big Deals Cash on air travel and 5% US Big Deals Cash on everything else.
What happens to my US Big Deals Cash if I cancel or modify my reservation(s)?
The US Big Deals Cash you earn with the corresponding booking will be adjusted in your “pending” US Big Deals Cash balance within 24-48 hours in your account.
Will I earn US Big Deals Cash through Walmart+ Travel if I cancel my membership?
No, you must be a current Walmart+ member at the time of booking to earn US Big Deals Cash; you cannot earn US Big Deals Cash retroactively. If you’ve booked your trip prior to cancelling your membership, you will receive the US Big Deals Cash earned for that booking 30 days after you have completed that booking.
Can I redeem my US Big Deals Cash on future bookings through Walmart+ Travel?
No, you can only use your US Big Deals Cash on future US Big Deals purchases or redeem for cash back. See US Big Deals Cash FAQs for questions on restrictions for redeeming US Big Deals Cash.
When will I see my US Big Deals Cash earned through Walmart+ Travel in my account?
You will see your US Big Deals Cash as “pending” in your account until your travel is complete. The final amount of US Big Deals Cash you earned will be reflected in your account 30 days after the completion of your trip or reservation.
Will the US Big Deals Cash earned through Walmart+ Travel be combined with my other earning programs?

Do I earn loyalty points for Expedia or other loyalty sites?
If you book through Walmart+ Travel, you earn 2% US Big Deals Cash on air travel and 5% US Big Deals Cash on everything else. Walmart+ Travel purchases are not eligible for points from other loyalty programs.
