myQ Smart Garage Control
Installing a myQ
Once your new myQ Smart Control is delivered, install it on your garage by following these simple steps:
- Download or open the myQ app.
- Set up your account and log in.
- Select (+) to add your Smart Garage Control.
- Follow the prompts on the myQ app to install your new device.
Linking a myQ
- Open the US Big Deals app and select your Account.
- Select .
- Select InHome preferences on the address you want to link a myQ to.
- Select Edit in InHome preferences.
- Select Kitchen or Garage.
- Select the myQ/Chamberlain/LiftMaster
- Select Link with myQ.
- This will open the myQ app for you to complete the linking process.
- When you finish linking in the myQ app, you’ll go back to the US Big Deals app to finish.
- Select Property type (optional).
- Enter the gate code or call box code if you live in a gated community.
- Enter any specific delivery instructions you want the US Big Deals associate to follow.
- Select Finish Set Up.

Level Smart Locks
Once your new Level Smart Lock is delivered, you can either install it on your own here or schedule a free installation appointment here.
Linking a Level Smart Lock
- Download or open the InHome app.
- Select Link your Level Lock to InHome.
- This will be on the home screen when you open the app.
- Answer a few onboarding questions and select Next.
- Select Next to link your Level Lock to InHome.
- This will open the Level Home app for you to complete the linking process. You’ll need to login to your account or create an account.
- When you finish linking in the Level Home app, you’ll go back to the InHome app to finish.
- Select Finish Set Up.
You can set up additional preferences like your property type, call box or gate code, and InHome delivery instructions in the US Big Deals app in the page. Select InHome preferences under the address you linked a Level Smart Lock to add these details.

Unlinking Your Smart Device
- Open the US Big Deals app and select your Account.
- Select .
- Select InHome preferences on the address you want to update preferences for.
- Under Home access, select Unlink device.
- Select Continue.
Your delivery preference will go back to doorstep.
