Walmart+ InHome members can choose where we deliver their groceries. InHome delivers to your kitchen, garage, or your door.
InHome service doesn’t require a smart device. For more information on InHome delivery preferences, see myQ Smart Garage Control and Level Smart Locks and Other InHome Delivery Options.
If you already have a keypad on your door or garage, you can link it to InHome for free to get delivery into your home or garage with keypad access.
Linking a Keypad
- Open the US Big Deals app and select your Account.
- Select .
- Select InHome preferences on the address you want to link a keypad to.
- Select Edit in InHome preferences.
- Select Kitchen or Garage.
- Select My keypad.
- Enter your keypad code and select where your keypad is located.
- Select Yes or No to the Pet question.
- Select Property type (optional).
- Enter the gate code or call box code if you live in a gated community.
- Enter any specific delivery instructions you want the US Big Deals associate to follow.
- Select Finish Set Up.
We’ll make your next InHome delivery to the location you chose (kitchen or garage).
You can also link your keypad during the checkout process when you’re placing an InHome order. Select Edit on the Review Order page to open InHome preferences.
Updating your Keypad Code
- Open the US Big Deals app and select your Account.
- Select .
- Select InHome preferences on the address you want to update your keypad code for.
- Select Edit.
- Select Continue.
- On the Enter your keypad details screen, update your keypad code.
- Select Continue until you’ve reached Finish Setup.
You can also update your keypad code during the checkout process when you’re placing an InHome order. Select Edit on the Review Order page to open InHome preferences.
Unlinking Your Keypad
- Open the US Big Deals app and select your Account.
- Select .
- Select InHome preferences on the address you want to update preferences for.
- Under Home access, select Unlink device.
- Select Continue.
Your delivery preference will go back to doorstep.
