If you purchased a mattress from AllswellHome.com less than 10 years ago and would like to submit a claim under the 10-year Limited Warranty, please send an email to wmstorehelp@custhelp.com with your contact information and photographs of the following:
- The mattress (with all bedding and mattress protector removed).
- The defect(s).
- The foundation of the mattress.
- The Law Tag on the mattress.
- A copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Your claim, including photos, will be reviewed by our team. If we determine the mattress defect(s) are covered by the warranty, you will receive an email with next steps.
