Follow the steps below if you didn't receive your items but got a a delivery notification.
Shipping Orders
If the tracking details show your package has arrived, but you can’t find it:
- Look around the delivery location.
- Check the delivery confirmation.
- Ask your household and neighbors.
- Review the address saved in your usbigdeals.com account. Make sure it doesn’t have any spelling errors or numerical mistakes.
- Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It’s rare, but sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive.
If you still haven’t received it after two business days, select the Contact us button.
Delivery Orders
If you have a scheduled delivery and the tracking details show your package was delivered, but you can't find it:
- Check the delivery confirmation photo. Do you recognize the doorway in the image?
- If it is the wrong house, check your address in Google Maps to see if the rooftop pin is correct.
- Select the Contact us button.
- Request a refund by starting a return.
