Unhappy with AC unit
The item doesn't cool as it is supposed to. I have tried to reach out to their warranty department and I have not been able to contact anyone. Walmart shipped this and it came in a damaged box - ie some AC parts broken as well.

    Smooth and Quiet
    The machine runs quiet and smooth. It does a good job of maintaining the temperature you set with one exception: The one thing I dislike about it is the fan will stop running when the thermostat temperature is reached. This is unlike any other window air conditioners I've ever used. The stoppage of the fan causes the room temperature to rise quickly.

    works like a charm
    Even though we have central air my hubby turns it off or down low at night and I can't take it. I was so so happy to receive this air conditioner. We put it in our master bedroom and I use it on those nights when it is just too hot to go without air conditioning. It cools down our master bedroom very nicely. Perfect fit for my window dimensions. Operates well and quiet. I love that it has a remote so you don't have to get up to turn it on or off or to change the settings.

    remote doesn't work like it is advertised
    this is a good unit, I thought the sensor in the remote would control it from another room, you still have to point it at the unit for it to work, this is the main reason i got this, I just found one on sale for $70 less so i am returning this one

    Arrived broken
    The product arrived scratched on the bottom and dented along the sides. When I turned it on it made a horrible squeal and spit put chunks of styrofoam. After an hour running it wouldn't temp below 73 degrees and I couldn't hear the compressor kicking on, so I ended up returning it. I bought a different brand and it's working beautifully. I'm sure this would be a good unit otherwise.
