Great little swing set
We love this swing set for our grandkids, went together fairly easy! Can't beat the price! Bought a separate baby swing.

Swing set complaint
So I got this in October for my sons Christmas gift. I was so excited, and you can't beat this price but let me tell my dissatisfaction in this product. 1. My kids are swinging right now and the middle bar sways down. 2. With them swinging the swings are so long they can hardly swing on. 3. The cross bar is way too short to connect to the frame so it's not 100% stable. So I've emailed the company and has talked to them to see what to do and they keep asking questions like it's my fault or I didn't do it right! I did it right. Had my dad and brother help me so we definitely did it correctly. They better do something. In all, I would NEVER suggest this to any of my mom friends. Wish I would have picked a better swing set

It arrived quickly and easy to put together. It’s lopsided only because our ground isn’t level, working on that.

    Poorly Manufactured
The manufacturer for this swing set did not seem to care one bit when they measured, drilled holes and packaged this swing set. It did not come with all the needed screw to put it together. Trying to put the slide together was the absolute worst. Nothing on the slide lined up correctly, from connecting the slide to the metal poles to connecting the slide to the rest of the swing set. Most of the screw covers will not close. I truly feel like my money was wasted

Sent me 1 that had dents and used.
You sent me one that had to have been returned. Top was bent. Opened screws which some were missing. And a leg was dented and short. We made it work and got it together. But very unhappy .

    Not worth $250
while it looks nice it is not study. I have 3 kids 1-6 so I thought this would be an upgrade for their old swing set. its not... the slide does not line up and tilts, the stairs could have been a different design to make them more sturdy and not such a pain to assemble. there was one much cheaper without the slide but we wanted a slide but I do not see this slide lasting long even if we can get it to line up some how and make it safe for the kids. this might be nice for younger kids but will outgrow it very quickly. if you are considering this swingset keep looking. if it didn't just take so long to put together and needed right away I would have returned it and shopped around for a better, more sturdy and safer swing set

    Poor structural design.
We’ve had this swing set for about 7 months now. As far as variety it’s great, the saucer swing is very sturdy and probably my favorite part of the set. The biggest reason for giving this two stars is the overall structural design. The top bar is divided into three sections, and for some reason they decided to connect the sections mid bar, instead of at the joints. It doesn’t matter how tight you screw it down, these areas of the top bar bow and creak when our son is swinging. He is 9 and about 80 lbs. This set boasts it can hold up to 7 children 100 lbs each—I would not recommend having more than two based on how it behaves with just one. My second issue with this set is the cheap quality of the swings and the plastic caps that are supposed to cover the hardware. The swings are plastic. Although it states kids can use up to 100 lbs, we’ve had one swing break and the other is on its way. The screw holding the chain rips completely through. Currently we have just have the one remaining swing and will likely just purchase flexible rubber swings to replace both. The plastic caps meant to protect the hardware are pretty useless. The bolts are so long that once you get it tightened, the caps will not close. So you have to decide between having the set tightly connected or getting the caps to close. We opted for the former, obviously. My son is getting a lot of use out of this with the pandemic, so despite these flaws I am glad he’s had it. I expect we will have to replace the entire thing within a year though. For the price, it may not be a terrible set. But don’t count on it lasting a long time. The bowing of the top bar itself is going to erode those connections and eventually present a safety hazard.

    Awesome swing
Amazing swing set. All the pieces came in box. Instructions were clear. Couple problems that occurred is with the saucer swing, the holes didn’t align up for the chains. Another problem is the top support bar came bent, thus leaving the middle support legs to not touch the ground.

    Fun for the Little Ones
This swing set is a total hit with a bunch of kids under six years old. Every component is thoroughly enjoyed by them from the slide to the swings to the saucer and roman glider. The whole set came in one big box and the items were wrapped and labelled, which is very much appreciated. The setting up was a little tricky as the instructions were not exactly clear which direction the poles were to face. We had to re-do a couple of sections. However, it is not complicated and very doable with two people; it just took time maybe around 2.5 hours and also reviewing each step very carefully. We decided not to attach the slide to the set because of the set-up of our yard. Also, one of the kid’s jacket zippers got stuck on the slide because there are gaps on the sides of the slide where the handle attaches to the slide. The blue plastic thing covering the screws, which I’m guessing protects the screws from rusting, break off really easily. I am so glad there is foam padding wrapped around the bottom of the legs because the kids have definitely bumped into them a couple of times. We currently have it set up on astroturf and it has worked out pretty well. Overall, it has been so much fun for the kids and their friends; they just want to keep going on them.

    Super Swing and Slide
The swing is very cute and overall seems sturdy for at least three children. At this time I can't verify that it will hold up to 700 lbs. You'll need at least a couple of people to put it together and it took around two hours. They have plastic screws and caps which will keep them from rusting out in the elements of the weather. The swings have a cover over the chains to keep kids hands from getting rusty or pinched. The swing set has a lot of options for the kids to do and play. The oval swing material is very strong and seems well made.

    Loads of summer fun!
My two girls have had hours of fun on this swing set! There are so many activities on it they don't even have much to fight over. The sheer number of things to do means they can have fun with several friends or cousins! It's definitely enjoyable but assembly took quite a while with my husband mostly working alone. If you had more people it may go faster (depending on how handy you all are!). The swing set does need to be anchored (anchors not included). I will say that this swing set was easier to put together than a much smaller one we put up last year. Everything with this one is blow molded making it easier. The directions were pretty clear as well. I included a picture of the box (well most of it!) because the size is incredible! It was delivered to my door and the delivery man struggled a bit and said the box weighed 118 pounds! So definitely plan on someone helping you lift it. It's also super long so you may need to plan to store it if you aren't assembling it right away. If you are picking it up plan your vehicle accordingly. Overall, I love this swing set. The quality is great and it's very sturdy, the assembly was pretty painless, and it's loads of fun! Definitely recommend it!

    Mom Approved!
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you for this fantastic kid entertainment extravaganza. This swing set lives up to it's "super star" name. My kids cannot get enough of this. Let me just say that our absolute favorite part of the swing set is the round swing. Love. Love. Love this! They have been on the swing since we got it put up. Our family couldn't be happier with it. It's well made, safe, and absolutely fun! A+!!!

Great swing set...plastic washer caps questionable
My kids are 7 and 5 and our neighbors range from 4 on up to 12 years old. It says in the instruction manual that this is for ages 3-8 years old and can hold 7 kids up to 100 lbs each--total of 700 lbs. The swing set itself is really nice, looks good, has foam coverings at the bottom of each of the 6 poles. The instructions were easy to follow. I put most of it up myself, until my husband got home...he helped me with hanging the swings and saucer. Getting into the hardware for the swings was a tight-squeeze. It comes with a ratchet that will fit in there, but my husband used this drill attachment of his to do it a lot quicker. So if you're handy and have a better tool, use that instead. It is strongly advised to anchor this with either cement footings or spiral corkscrew hook anchors. We haven't anchored ours yet but will be, with the hook ones soon. It is also strongly recommended to use about 8" of play sand or mulch/wood chips, recycled tire mulch pieces, etc. underneath the play set, as well as extended twice the length of the swing chains, in front/back. This is a good set...originally thought this was for ages up to 12. My kids will use it for a few years. The neighbors enjoy it and like I said, one of them is 12. I ended up spraying all of the metal and hardware with Rustoleum Stops Rust Clear Paint...just to seal it a little to help prevent rust. It says to oil the moving parts every few months and to cover with a tarp during the winter time. I live in MI. I'll probably spray paint it every year and try to remember to grease the hardware. The top bar does bow a little when the kids are swinging...even on my 5 and 7 year old. I'm guessing this is normal...it's just been a decade or two since we had a swing set, so I can't remember if the last one did this too. It's probably fine and meant to have some movement. The only thing I had an issue with were the light blue plastic washers/caps. They're used/slid onto the end of the bolt/screw, then the nut goes on, then the cap folds over and snaps into place. I like the idea of these, but I accidentally over-tightened several of these and they split. Also, some caps wouldn't snap into place, so the hardware will now be exposed to the elements. I wanted the hardware securely tightened, but these plastic washers limit the degree. Also, what am I to do if/when these plastic washers get old and break off one day? Then there will be a gap of space. I imagine I will have to go through and re-tighten those ones and/or put on a metal washer. If at that time, the hardware is rusted, I might not be able to even tighten or loosen the nut, as it may be too corroded and fall apart. I guess I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. I'm just indifferent about the plastic washers.
