Not Happy with purchase.
Bought in January, and it stop flowing, you cannot change the sprinkle head, it stops moving and backs up - it's March and I just purchased another brand. The one I replaced this one with, lasted 15 years, before it started leaking badly.

    The Waterpik hand held shower head is great!
    We purchased two Waterpik Hand Held Shower heads and like everything about them! Lightweight. The 6 mode power spray dial is simple to operate. Economically priced. Plus lifetime warranty!

    Best shower head!
    The BEST shower head on the market! I have bought several showerheads when we re-remodeled our bathroom and none of them sprayed hard enough to get the soap out of my hair, or they sprayed so hard that it hurt my skin. I purchased one like this 15 years ago for my other shower so I decided to buy it again. I'm so glad I did!

    Good value for your money. Hose could be longer.
    This showerhead has at least 1 mode that will drastically reduce the GPM flow, so that was a nice touch, since I live in CA and try to conserve water. The hose, as some have mentioned, it a bit short. It's only 60 inches. Another foot or two is what this things needs. Also, the hose is a bit stiff, though it looks like the type that will soften up over time. We will see. The manual indicates that no tape is needed and it was correct. I didn't need to wrap any of that white tape I use on a lot of plumbing to this. Used a clamp to tighten both ends and it works fine.

    Not for low pressure.
    To start, instructions claim plumber tape not necessary but after it installed I have drips from the pipe connector. I am on city water, however, pressure from the nozzle is weak at best.

    Excellent shower wand
    this was purchased for a sister. A stroke patient, and with this in the shower, she is able to wash and rinse off completely. This one has like 5 settings of water streams. This item has allowed her to shower without someone helping her. Easy install also.

    Strong flow shower head
    This is the perfect shower head, it has a strong flow. I wish they would keep it stocked up at our local store. (My hubby is stronger than he realizes and it gets broken at least once a year.)

    No shower after installing
    Do not recommend Water hardly flows. Pin holes to small. Out of cradle water doesn't flow at all. First time Disappointed in this brand. Reinstalled my old one and will return this

    Not for elderly
    This model not suitable for elderly, and shorter people. The shower head too from the connection, you have to lift handle too high to attach or disconnect to shower bracket, OK for younger and those above 5'10, I'm both elderly and short my old one good, my bad for assuming all same
