I AM OLDER GENTLEMAN IN A FACILITY FOR THE ELDERLY. THIS WONDERFUL PHONE HAS ALOT MORE ABILITIES THAN I. I NEVER HAVE HAD ANY RECEPTION PROBLEMS, BEST OF ALL IT IS SUCH A GOOD PRICE FOR THE PHONE AND THEN, ONLY $20.00 A MONTH FOR UNLIMITED CALLS AND TEXTING HECK YES HIT THE BUY NOW BUTTON, YOU WILL ENJOY IT AS MUCH AS EVERYONELSE DOES!

This phone sucked it didn't work it didn't do anything it says to do I don't think it was fixed at all I got screwed out of my money should have got a refund for it and never worked right wouldn't even ring with someone called

    Would be happier if...
    I bought this phone with gift my own money. I really needed a phone to use. It can be used with Safelink or Tracfone. It was easy to set up and easy to use. However, the pictures are horrible unless it's a selfie. Grainy and dissipated. The speakers are not bad if you listen to audible books, podcasts, and radio stations. The charge is fast. It would have been a five if my pictures were great, I could use the scanner and I had more storage. I use the phone for my social media accounts, and business transactions such as scans, pay bills, pictures and meetings. To the manufacturer, what upgrade model do you recommend?

    Not at all does work keep calling all I get is test this test that for 72 hours still the Same bull then ask to purchase another phone still same thing

    I bought this about three weeks ago. I still do not know how to work it, except to make a call and answer a call. But I am learning. It is a Great phone !

    This phone has given me many heartaches.The pictures are not very clear,it constantly corrects words in the wrong way, the battery stays hot and I lose my place texting with the back botton

    Not for the aged.
    To difficult to use and I don't need all the stuff. Therefore I returned the phone and will continue using my old one. Just hope I can still buy minutes in the future.

    DON"T BUY
    A lot of issues with this cell phone. I bought it for a person with disabilities who has a cell due to illness and required by doctor to have. Right from the beginning had issues uploading and getting it to work. I decided to return it, but Walmart sent us a return label to be printed out. We don't have a printer or a way to go any where close by to get printed. I had to paid for another one of the same, I know stupid! but that was the only the person could afford, those in disability know the meager check you get. I still have the first factory untuneful one, that we had to pay for, and the other one we received the volume is defective. DO NOT BUY!!!

    Crystal clear sound
    I have only had this phone for a short time but so far I like it. It has crystal clear sound and and all my apps work well on it.The camera takes decent photos and video. The only negative thing that I've noticed so far is that the battery life doesn't last terribly long. Other than that I think this is very nice phone.
