Love my Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown
I replaced my old Tracfone and I love this one. Good price, excellent features and large screen. Very happy customer. Purchased reconditioned, phone looks brand new.

First purchase great; second one not so much
We had this phone already and loved it, but then when it got damaged and couldn't charge, we bought this reconditioned one to replace it. Upon delivery, it would not get a signal. We went through three SIM cards and never could get it to work. We have returned this phone and hoping that the next one will work.

    I CAN CLEARLY NOW
    Excellent phone! I needed a phone with enough audio to hear clearly and this phone gets an A+. Although it's an old model it has all the features I need to bring this old guy into the 21st century and the cost can't be beat. This phone replaced a Moto G7 which, for me, was useless.

    Phone is good, but no use if you can't activate
    My husband has had this phone for a few years and is happy with it, esp. with how well it works with his hearing aids. His phone died and he wanted the exact same one because he knows how to use it, and we finally found it on Walmarts website. BUT it is no good, because it is not activated. Walmart said this happens all the time when you buy a phone on line. I can't add his Tracfone account until it is activated and we've been trying for a week to get that done to no avail yet. Why is Walmart selling phones on their site that are not activated for use? The phone is good if you can buy it at a store where it can be scanned at the checkout thus activating it.

    Great Affordable Phone w/ Amazingly Superb Camera
    Very pleased with this product and its performance. The camera is indeed impressive. Both the front-facing and selfie lenses take clear, vibrant photos. To be honest, that feature is what inspired me to purchase two of these as replacements/upgrades for our old phones. TOTALLY worth it. One of the phones: the activation did not initially "take" and we had to call in to the tech center to help us resolve that issue with a reset but once we did that, we have had no complaints about that device, at all. Plenty of helpful apps, great performance, speedy, reliable, and sleek. We are really happy with our purchases.

    Nice phone, bad texts
    It took a couple of days to finally get my phone receiving texts and phone calls (Tracfone issue, not phone issue). Once it was activated I learned that I could receive texts with words only. Anything that has a meme, gif, or photo does not come through.

    Great Phone Except For Keyboard Issues
    I needed to replace my Samsung Luna because it was not 5G compatible. I chose the Samsung J7 Crown because I was familiar with Samsung characteristics. What I like: volume buttons on other side of power button, the fixed 3 buttons on the bottom of the phone of home, back, tabs, general Samsung operation. My only dislike is that I can't use the keyboard with just my fingers. Even though it is bigger than my previous Samsung Galaxy, I keep getting extra spaces and letters in my messages. I just can't stop this from happening UNLESS I use a stylus. I don't understand this but it is what it is. I did not have this issue with the Galaxy Luna. And I do not have this trouble on wife's Moto G6. Had I known this i might have purchased the Moto G6. Yet how can you figure this out when buying through the mail?

    Low sound
    Ring tones was so low I could not hear it unless it was very to my ear. Returned phone, now waiting on refund. I don't like the idea of having to pay for return postage for a defective phone.

    GOOD 1ST SMART PHONE - POOR BATTERY LIFE
    We have 2 Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown phones in our family, one for our young son and one for me. We have had no problems with either one so far except that the battery life is VERY DISAPPOINTING. The phones actually have to be plugged in to charge every night just to make sure we have enough battery for the next day. My wife's Moto has a much longer battery life.
