Pleasantly surprised
I ordered three of these dresses at the clearance price of $5 each with my expectations set low, but to my surprise, I love them! Yes, as mentioned, the seam runs down the front, but only on the vibrant green tropical one was it very noticeable. No big deal really. I cannot wait to wear them next summer over my swimsuit. They could also be dressed up with a belt and a nice bolero or dressed down with a jean jacket. Based on some of the previous reviews, I went down a size and ordered an XS (I am 5'5" and 126 lbs) which fit perfectly. It fits more snug up top, so for those more well endowed, you might stick with your regular size. It is very loose and flowing at the bottom.

upper part of dress too small
seam down front is the least of the problems with this dress! it is high and tight in the neckline and armholes, narrow in shoulders. the pockets bulge waaay out and bunch-up inside . XL always fits me in this brand until now - this style is just cut too skimpy on top. maybe ok for pear-shaped gal - but that's not me.

    What a deal at 5 dollars!!!! I love the fit and am so happy it has pockets!! Perfect for my trip to Maui and to run around in next summer! It has a seam down the middle in front but it still looks good. I love the colors.

    Love this dress. It arrived promptly and was packaged in a plastic bag laid flat in the box. Using the size chart, it fits perfectly. The pockets are big and deep. The material is very soft. This dress could be rolled up in a ball, put in your suitcase and be worn without a wrinkle. For $5.00, this is a great bargain.

    This is insanely comfy and the cut is flattering to my mom bod. I thought the seem in front would be weird but it doesnt bother me. I'm 5'5" 150 lbs and the medium fits well and hits just above my knee. For $5 on clearance it was totally worth it and I'm glad I got three.

    Perfect Little Dress.
    I was quite happy when these dresses arrived today! The fabric is soft and comfortable, has a very nice hand, is of good quality and weight, and drapes nicely. The pockets are an added bonus. The colors are prettier in person as well. I just can't believe this bargain. It had seemed liked the days of a good bargain were gone. I am 5'1" 107 lbs. about a 36c chest, 26" waist and 37" hips and purchased the x-small. It fits perfectly. The arm holes are cut well so your bra isn't showing.

    Cotton dresses with pockets
    I love these dresses. They are soft, nice colors and patterns, and have pockets. I have so many of these and other similar dresses from Walmart. They are great prices, easy to wear, and great for traveling. I am 4'11" and a 34B and an XS fits me perfectly since I didn't want the arm holes too big or the v neck too low.

    Wear as a dress, or as a tunic with leggings, or as beach coverup; even works as a nightdress — very versatile garment. Fabric is soft with a nice stretch to it. Generously sized (style, cut and fabric lend to making these run a little larger than standard). For reference: 5'5”/198, I usually wear 1X (or 2X in a few brands) and I have this dress in both XL and XXL. I think the XL fits me best, but I wear both sizes comfortably. Purchased the polka dot, the blue geometric, the bright, lrg multi leaves, the black/white with lavender and peach flowers, and the yellow, blue-gray floral. These fall right to my knee. I esp. love them with leggings. Could live in these dresses all summer.

    Great dresses!!
    I love the way that these dresses look and feel on, plus they have pockets!! The seam does run down the front, but it doesn't bother me. I feel that they run true to size. They are really soft and cool for summer wear. I have already orderd 4 different prints. Wish they offered more in brighter colors. Thank you, Walmart.
