ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS
Okay so I realize this might be a little unfair because I haven't used them yet but man I have to leave my 5 star review already based on looks alone! They seem quality and they are absolutely STUNNING!!!! I'm very picky about how my appliances and kitchen tools look. I've never seen black and gold pans before and they match my schema perfectly.     Excited, confused, and disappointed
    I absolutely love this entire set. The quality was everything I hoped for and more. Unfortunately the most wasn't so positive. As I finished unwrapping the lids which I put aside I noticed one lid was from the gold collection. While it is indeed a very beautiful lid, it was not what I ordered. I was unbelievably confused and then moved to disappointed as I realize I will have to find a way to get the proper lid. As long as everything comes as it should it's a remarkable set. I bought a singular piece in store that pushed me to buy the set. Hopefully a solution can be found easily.

    I just received my cookware set and after unpacking EVERYTHING, my baking tray has a HUGE dent in it. Now I am going to have to box it all up and return it to the store! Not a happy customer. I love the set but don't like the dent. I wish I could just get them to send me another baking tray and save me all of this trouble!!

    The cooking pans are nice, but the baking sheet was bent and had a chip.out of the nonstick surface taht is now peeling very badly after only a few uses

    I love the look of my new pots and pans. My only issue is with shipping and packaging. One pan was bent. And I am missing a 1/4tsp.

    Everything was good and as expected, except for the round baking tray. It has some kind of “paint” smear on it and it doesn't come off. For the most part it's a great set!

    Beautiful set, great quality, terrible shipping
    I actually really enjoy this brand, so I was excited to see such a good deal for their set. I have another deep skillet I bought about 1.5 yrs ago that has held up beautifully and look forward to additional pieces now. I usually hand wash to maintain quality and avaoid metal utensils to avoid scratching. My only complaint is that the package seems to have been dropped and two items were bent. Its disappointing, but not worth the hassle of a return. If I had purchased this as a gift, I would have been very embarrassed about the damaged items. Would be 5 stars, but damages to items due to shipping cost 1 star.
