Customer Service Does Not Exist
Fresh out of box - Lower Blade Guard has contacts Blade, there's a 1/4” of paint missing on blade tips. If you raise guard, it grinds metal to metal. Perhaps they test before shipping and that's how paint was removed from blade teeth? I've not plugged it in. Have I'm not sure if it's just a matter of bending Blade Guard metal so it clears blade? Didn't attempt because I've been trying to reach Customer Service, no luck. Customer Service phone number not functioning, unable to leave a message, No reply to email message online. So bummed, need saw, it was a Excellent price on Walmart site. Walmart stock sold out before I received mine, so can't exchange, return only option. Does anybody know if common issue? Is it ok to bend lower blade guard so it's straight and won't contact blade??? Anybody had the issue? 67 year old female, need the saw, want the saw but—-not sure i should adjust lower blade guard??? Anybody know? Your advice is appreciated. It's a very nice saw and was an excellent value at $37.80 on Clearance but——no good if not functional. I'd rate 5 star if I didn't have this concern, excellent value, decent saw comparable to the big guys at fraction of the cost.

    This saw is amazing!
    This is a great saw. Tacklife makes good tools despite what anyone says. I own a lot of there tools. You can get amazing deals on them and the quality is top notch. This saw doesn't miss a beat. I would definitely buy again.
