Due to limited pole length, not a very sturdy device. Although fairly thin plastic at leg bases, I attached white-painted wood under the legs, with holes drilled for the poles to push through, and this helps. But, still not a great product for windy areas.

    Haven't used them yet because of weather but appear to be great! Lakeside always delivers in great time, however returning items is a different story! I have ordered from lakeside for over 40 years and have ALWAYS had great service purchasing and returning. I'm almost ready to stop purchasing from them because of the rare occasion that I do need to return something, it's become a complete headache! I've been trying to get a return label for over a month. I've been told “we'll get that e-mailed to you right away” , not so much, next time I call “ it will be e-mailed to you in 24 to 48 hours “, not so much. Next time I call I'm asked “have you called about this before”? Next time I call I do receive the e-mail and am excited to finally print my return label, not so much! I've been e-mailed the return letter, not the return label. I have asked the last two times to speak to a supervisor and they have hung up on me once and the next time they assured me the supervisor would call me back within an hour, not so much, that was last week! If anyone actually reads these surveys, would you please respond as to how to move forward and get this situation resolved!!!!

    We received it in excellent condition. It was simple to put together and in the past week it withstood a couple of storms and high winds without collapsing.

    It worked well purchasing 2 of these to add privacy to the concrete patio slab on the side of my home. It was very easy to install. Delivery was extremely quick. A con is that it is not exactly 4 feet as described.

    Make it Taller
    This is a great product, easy to install and move around without tools, however it is too short to really provide enough coverage other than for garbage cans. But, I loved this product enough to find a way to raise it up. You can buy No-Dig fence posts that are 56 inches long (about 20 inches longer than the ones provided) that fit right in the slots. Use wood or something else to simply lift the panels up higher! I used 24 inch cedar fencing that I just pounded into the ground. Voila! Blocks the view of my above ground pool from my neighbors. Love it!

    High Winds weren't a problem for this.Was it the shape?
    I am pleased with my purchase. I was a tad concerned since it does feel a bit flimsy at first when the rails were inserted between each panel. I am using it on the screen to cover up delicate plants from the hot afternoon desert sun where temps can be 110 or more. We just had a wind storm for 3 days with winds up to 25-30 mph. To my surprise it stayed put. It was in the shape of a "W" and I did have a broom and a rake in the middle. They aren't that heavy and the screen moved maybe 2 inches from where it had been the following days. It is also a bit behind a wall that fits the Suncast Prep Station, (Which I didn't order on here). Yet, it stood up very well. More than I imagined it would in the high winds.

    Received on of the panels broken in the box. I had to call customer service who referred me to the manufacturer and they will be sending a new panel out. We purchased to screen two large garbage can but 4 panels is not wide enough to surround the 3 sides so we will have to order another set. The ground was hard and icy so getting the stakes firmly into the ground was difficult. Hopefully it doesn't blow away with the strong wind we get from time to time.

    Speedy delivery, received in 2 days. Super!!!!
    I bought 2 sets these to brace to my wrought iron fence, and they are perfect. I would have given all 5 stars and excellent, however one of my sets had 3 out of 4 damaged - cracked and scratched up on tops of panels. I called Walmart and I could have sent them back for replacement or take 15% off, I took the latter as I needed them now, so I wired them to fence, does not look good but can't do anything about it now, I kept boxes in case they don't work out. They look very nice (minus the defects of course) and give lots of privacy. I would advise if you get damaged ones like these to return for replacement, as I wish I did. Enjoy, Annie ;-)

    Does exactly what I wanted ..........
    I almost didn't buy these because of other reviews...I reread and reread the product information: sizes etc. and changed my mind. I live in a large fourplex apartment complex with patios that can be viewed by all and I enjoy my privacy. I purchased two sets of the fences which covered the front wall of the patio. I now feel I have privacy and an extra room and the fences went up quickly and easily. There is still patio fencing showing at the top but I have my privacy and I knew from the information on the fences that they would do fine. I think it took more time to get them out of the boxes than it did to install. Delivery was very fast and excellent packaging.
