this phone sucks. you get what you pay for. its slow. its glitchy. the last update made it worse. the guy in electronics said it was a good phone. dont trust their word. i would not recommend this phone. its the worst straight talk phone ive ever had.

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/12/2023ChargerI've noticed a lot of complaints about the charger cord they gave for this phone and the fact it came with no adapter. Well turns out that charging cord is meant to be plugged into the same adapter meant to be used for iPhone chargers. Find you an iPhone adapter and you will be good to go.Sierra

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/22/2023Make sure to buy a plug inIt comes with a cord but both ends are a "c" neither a USB %26 it doesn't come with the plug in. Lucky I have a few Samsung tablets that I can use the wire to charge it. It's kind of inconvenient not to come with the plug.Amy

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser04/07/2023Tracfone stinks since joining the Verizon family. The phone is too big, too heavy, and doesn't come with a charger! That's right, no charger, just a cable that won't fit a USB port or normal USB charger. Also, Tracfone service is now a horror. I have been a Tracfone customer for years. However, they were recently purchased by Verizon so now they have horrible Verizon style service. All told, it took about three hours to deactivate the piece of trash Galaxy A03s, wipe it so I could try to return it, and reactivate my old phone with the cracked screen. The ancient phone with the crack screen is better than the trash Galaxy A03s because it is a good size, doesn't weigh too much, and can plug into any USB port.Kelan

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/30/2023Surprisingly Good for the Price!Does what it says on the tin. It's not a *spectacular* smartphone, but does exactly what I need it to for the price, so I'm quite pleased, as before I didn't have a phone at all! I'll upgrade soon, but if you just need a basic smartphone for internet and maybe 3-4 apps (like I needed Uber/Lyft on mine for transportation), it's good. I used to have a flagship Galaxy model, so yes, to me it feels slow, but I'm actually impressed for the price. I had an SD card to insert to put extra apps and my music on, and it plays music well.Amanda

1.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser03/17/2023Not happy!I ordered 2 of these phones. I was pleased to see that they were in perfect condition when they arrived and came in a timely manner. However as I call to have them activated. I was told I could not active them as they were not scanned before leaving the distribution center as they were supposed to be. Not happy!Tami
