Not good
It didn’t come with a charger block only the cord and I can’t even use it because it doesn’t plug into any of my charging blocks

    purchased this phone today so its a little early to rate it totally. Setup was pretty easy. The issue I have is with the charging cord. The cord they sent does not have a usb plug. The cord could be used to connect 2 phones together. My old samsung galaxy uses a different size phone plug so it will not fit this phone. Back to the store tomorrow to purchase the proper charging cord or device. We are very dissapointed Samsung you need to do better. ?

    Great phone. Had it for 4 months.
    I have had this phone for 4 months. So far it has been great. Haven't had any issues with talking, texting, internet, apps or pics. I got this phone because I needed more memory than my last phone. Took it to Zion last year and took great pics. Very clear. When you zoom in close the pics do not come out as good. Attached a few pics below. I bought it at a store and they set the phone up for me there. Never had any problems. The charging cord is really short. I bought a new one. The cord plugs into any charging block with a USB port.

    No charger..No problem
    Was looking for a phone with a basic package. I am not into having a phone for aesthetic reason or for keeping up with the Joneses. After getting a Moto g pure i fell in love but when the last update occurred i began having issues with my apps. Now here we are. This phone is good but now i not only get Google apps connected to my gmail account i get the Samsung Galaxy store as well. it has a lot of factory applied apps which i will never use in my lifetime. The one thing i did notice was that it does not have a charging port/hub to plug into the wall. Now you can use your old USB charger or you can buy one specific for the transfer cable that comes with the phone. at Walmart.com (See pics) It is best to take your phone to Walmart so an associate can fit your transfer cable to a charging port . Now when using my transfer cable for transferring my information to the new phone my Moto would not let it take it. Don't know why. You can try they wifi option if the transfer cable fails. I did not try. Of course if you buy this phone it does not come with a SIM card or a plan. Those will have to be purchased separately. This will be my last post from my Moto and so looking forward to using my A13. I have to give it a 4 star simply because it has no charging hub. We'll see how it goes for now.

    I bought a13 when I got it it wasn't properly scanned for me to activate it so I had to go back to Walmart and spend about an hour there to do that the next time I'm not ordering anything online because they don't activate it for you I'll just buy at the store don't activate it no problems

    Does not come with a charger so get ready to head back to the store! Other then that I'm pretty happy with phone. It stays charged for a really long time. I love the camera ❤️ Excellent sound for my Spotify app.

    Picture quality is not the best...
    [I went inside Walmart to buy this phone] I have not had this phone a full 12 hrs and I personally don't really like it. I read on Google (I researched it from 5 different websites) and it said that the higher the MP the better the quality of the pictures and my previous phone was a iPhone 6s and it had 12 MP on it and I feel like that phone took way better quality photos than this phone (which has 50 MP). I also don't like how if you have a finger on the side touching the screen it won't click on anything until you get finger off the side (even when you don't realize that you have a finger on the screen). I will have this part edited if I have anything else to say about it.

    Love My Galaxy Phone!
    So I had been wary of getting this phone because of all the reviews, but i decided to try anyways because I figured i could always return it. After a month of having it, I can proudly say I'm in love! I was worried about not being compatible with my network because this is a 5G and mine is Verizon 4G LTE. I called their Customer Service, and they helped me get everything transferred to my new sim card, and everything stayed the same - except now i have 5G too! I love the size, its like holding a slim brick in my hand- I can customize my phone however I like. I love the camera - it takes great pictures and even better videos. I recommend getting a case for the protruding camera lens on the back - they seem like theyll get scratched up really easy. The lag is pretty minimal, apps dowload really fast - it's amazing! I can make calls/videos call , send texts, gifs, and pictures with no problems. My phone battery is amazing - I casually be on my phone throughout the day and my phone will have plenty of juice all the way up to when it's time for bed. For the price, I think having all these wonderful qualities is basically a steal! The only real con I would say this phone has is the fact that this phone doesnt have built in wireless charger (but you can get an adapter to change that). All in all, I'm a happy camper, I absolutely adore my phone and I hope to have this in my hands for a long, long time!
