Great Phone for a Great Price
This is a great phone. I got it for my mom for her birthday and she really enjoys it. She has always had an LG and this has been a solid upgrade. She enjoys the functionality and features. It has great processing speed and also has a great camera and memory for a Galaxy.

very slow, freezes up all the time. 3 lenses and still takes lousy pictures, all i ever owned was samsung. now im staying away from them.

    BAD SELLER - VIP OUTLET
    phone itself is great! Buyer beware of seller - VIP Outlet. Did not scan product properly and now carrier is basically stating the phone is unusable and stolen. When contacted them to remedy their mistake, was told, basically tough, but thanks for being a customer.

    Avoid unless you just need a phone to hold youover
    It's starts out working perfectly fine then a couple of month go by and it's like the phone does what it wants when it wants forget about what you have going on

    Phone blue up!
    Used this phone after son in law old phone stopped working about 3 months ago. The phone blew up in my son in law's hand last night. Do not buy!!!!

    almost disappointed.
    ok, at first it was super glitchy to the point it was almost unbearable to use with without getting frustrated, but then, an update became available after a week, like magic it works perfect and has great memory and battery life! it's only getting 4 stars because of the glitchy start. THIS IS A GREAT PHONE! GOOD PRICE!! AND NICE SIZE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AFTER UPDATE.

    BAD PHONE
    i dislike EVERYTHING about rhis device. it is slow, i cant download anything and my entire screen is coming off. not shattered but just falling aprt from the phone. from the 1st time I needed to charge it, it never charges past 65%

    dont buy screen doesnt work have time and is jumpy when taking calls dont know how many times ive ended putting people on hold or mute cant always have call on speaker
