    Does it's job.
    These definitely knock me out which is why I don't take them often but they are easy to swallow and don't have much of a taste either.

    A little disappointed with shipping charge
    This is a good product. I usually try to buy items to pick them up at store to avoid shipping. This time I had to buy this Melatonine from another website, as even though it keeps the same price as before, it is not possible to pick it at store.

    Melaonin works
    Highly Recommend! My severely autistic son has been on melatonin for about 11 - 12 yrs. It was introduced to us by Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. I was told it is non habit forming. Melatonin is a natural chemical our bodies create to help fall a sleep. They Recommended Natrol but now that he is older I find Spring Valley just as effective for a less price.
