Best value, quality
This item is the best quality and best price for these kind of vitamin E gel caps. I always purchase these when I am expecting because I cut open the gel caps and use the oil inside to moisturize my growing belly. I would recommend this to anybody who's looking to prevent itchiness hunger midsections so as to prevent scratching that will later turn into stretch marks. Although I did recommend it to one of my friends and she ended up getting a rash from using this so I would only recommend it to those who know that they do not have an allergic reaction to vitamin E oil.

Defective
The pills are all stuck together. Since they are capsules if you try to get the out they will pop. These jar is of no use will have to reorder. Not doing a return cause I do not want to deal with mailing back the item.

    Higher quality d-Vit-D
    This is a better quality than the usual dl-Vit-D. The 'd' and the 'l' refer to two different forms of the vitamin that rotate light in different directions. The Dextro (sic) form rotates light to the right while the Levro (sic) form rotates light to the left. Only the Dextro or 'd' form is biologically active. The Levro or 'l' form is not absorbed and is excreted as waste. This when comparing 'd' versus 'dl' products, the 'dl' form, which composed of half 'd' and half 'l' is twice as expensive as the price would indicate as half of it is automatically excreted by the body. Good value!

    The d-alpha (vs the dl-alpha) is far superior as it is a natural supplement. My OB/Gyn suggested that I take vitamin E to help with mood swings. He also told me about the different between the two types of Vitamin E. IT WORKS, I promise, it works! Plus, it is great for your skin, hair, nails. The d- alpha is more expensive than the man-made dl-alpha supplement, but certainly worth it. Just check the ingredient list….the d or dl-alpha will be listed first.

    Wrong label, wrong IUs.
    The picture shows 1000 IU, but the wording is 670 mg? Then when you get the bottle, the picture (front of pill bottle) says 670. Just be sure you are getting what you pay for. The product itself is fine, and shipping and all with Wal-Mart is fine also. No issues there.
