Exploded after 5 days
Per the instructions, we inflated about halfway, let it sit for 24 hours, deflated 50% of the air, and then inflated the remaining amount to get it to be about 26” in diameter (height, not circumference). It lasted for 5 days and was comfortable, but I came home on day 5 and it had exploded while I was gone. We have no pets, and it was not near a heat source, so it was odd that it suddenly exploded on its own. I'm relieved it didn't happen while I was sitting on it since I got it to use for comfortable/good posture during my third trimester of pregnancy. Thankfully Walmart accepted the return, but I will be seeking a different brand.

Ball is ok, but leaks constantly
I like the ball but the size is not the 22" but quite larger, This I accepted and decided I would be ok with , but having to blow it up every time I want to use it has become a pain. The ball never keeps the air inside for long and I don't pump it up very tight. The air keeps leaking.

    Would buy again.
Good quality and arrived sooner than anticipated. The pump it came with works well and it has a spare hole plug too. I like that it is weighted so it won't roll away from you.

    Great medium size excercise ball
Nice medium sized ball for excercises that I do in PT and can now do at home. I like that it's weighted. Easy to inflate. Nice pump and extra plug comes with it with a little exercise chart. I like it a lot...appears to be good quality.

    Health asset
Great purchase...like sitting on the ball it helps my back pain and I can sit on the ball longer than sitting on a chair even if I use extra cushions the ball also helps me as a leg rest I am about 175 pounds and i feel secure sitting in it I like that it is weighted and the pump is a plus I can add air whenever needed the price was right and I think it should last me for a long time would buy again

    Durable
This is a great weighed ball all around. Instructions were helpful with inflation making sure to point out giving the ball a day to stretch out before fully blowing it up. It also comes with it's own manual pump which was also easy to use.

    Perfect For Home Workouts
I have owned workout balls in the past, but this one really outshines them all. It is large, which makes it easier to use, and feels tough, eliminating my fears that it might pop. And the icing on the cake is the weighted bottom which makes it much more stable and less likely to roll than olden days workout balls. If you are serious about getting a good core workout, this ball is perfect for you.

    Great Exercise Ball
I got this weighted exercise ball to help me with strengthening my leg and arm muscles. This is by far one of the best exercise balls I have tried. As I've gotten older I realize I am getting weaker with my muscles so I have been using this ball to lift over my head and back down again and then I use it for leg extension exercises. I can already notice a difference in my arm strength. The ball has sand weight on the inside so it doesn't roll around while trying to use. It comes deflated and has a hand pump but I had to use an electric pump we had because by hand it will take forever to blow it up. The ball is quite large when inflated so you might want to make sure you have a spot for it. My grandkids came over and love to kick it around like it's a toy, but nothing will damage it. Great product!!

    More Challenging Than it Looks!
I have always wanted to try one of these and figured now was the time, after all, how hard can it be to sit on a weighted ball? Boy, was I mistaken! It takes a lot of core strength to not roll or tip over when exercising on this, even simple exercises. I found a few videos for beginners and struggled to stay in place while following the motions. Likely it is easier if you weigh a lot less than me but I found it too frustrating to try again. Inflating the ball with the provided pump was fairly quick, but only because I could hear air escaping as I filled so I had to work really fast. Even more air escaped when I removed the pump and inserted the pin. I don't think I was able to get it filled to max capacity as I'd hoped so that may have contributed to the difficulty in using it properly.
