Awesome work shoe!
These are my second pair of Reebok sublite, definitely the lightest work shoe available. Feels like you are wearing a running shoe. I'll never go back to anything else.

Looked good, doesn't perform well.
My company paid for these shoes. The back of the shoe, where my achilles heel starts, blew out within 3 months of use. And started tearing through my socks, and giving me blisters in that area. I exclusively work indoors, and spend little time on my feet, but am required to wear safety shoes. The shoes are not breathable at all either. They look like they do, but they don't. Also, I ordered 4E, and they are not wide enough, and my feet blow out the sides.

The most comfortable Safety Shoe I have ever worn!
I've been wearing Safety Toed shoes for the last 20 years and have had issues with my feet because of it. From the 1st time I put the Reebok Sublite's on, I felt no pain! Awesome!! I've been wearing them for > 6 months now and they are holding up well and continue to be the most comfortable Safety Toed shoe I have ever worn.

    100x better than boots
I wear mine while working on ladders and occasionally on roofs, they are comfortable, breatheable, look decent, and follow current osha code. Things that could be improved on; when on a roof, my pinky toes tend to catch the end of the alloy toe protection so they hurt if I've been on a roof more than 5 hours, and water resistance?
