Easy cleanup!!!
We love it!!! Bit of a pain to put together, but this grill is awesome!!! Everything glides like butter on it and cleans super easy!! We don't even use our regular grill anymore!

Horrible delivery and service
Package showed up late, busted up, and out boss customer service wasn't much help with replacement parts. The unit itself has damage and that requires a full return through Walmart.

    Disappointed
    Bought for ceramic coating and not having to season as advertised. Large section of griddle looks as if coating burn't off on initial burn off as stated to due in manual. Tried to contact but always to backed up to take call. Am planning to take back to Walmart soon.

    Easy to clean / Easy to assemble
    Very easy to clean, the only thing is that I am used to metal utensils and now I need to use plastic to avoid damaging the top and that includes using a high quality plastic knife

    Dont buy this product
    After about 8 uses the grill area warps every time you heat it up and bows about 1.5 inches making it difficult to grill and all your juices to run over the edge or down the drain. 20 minutes on the phone with Pit Boss only to be tole this is NORMAL and common knowledge that this happens??? Really it doesnt mention that in the manual . Bottom line they will do nothing to correct it like sending out a replacement griddle top. DO NOT BUY THIS

    Terrible!
    Griddle came assembled but when we got it home and took a good look we discovered it was missing parts, starting with the instruction manual! There were also a couple of small dents in the lid. Shame on Walmart for selling it this way. Shame on me for not taking a closer look at the store! Will be returning for a refund!!

    I'm a thrify shopper, so I looked at several options (some as much as $700). The Pit Boss was reasonably priced for the amazing quality. Truly non-stick, easy clean up.

    Love our grill! Get it if you can find it!!
    We did our research. So glad we did. This is next level cooking. I'm thrilled with our grill, especially considering that it's the EXACT same grill as the Ultimate (just a different colored top) but hundreds of dollars cheaper. We drove 2 hours to pick ours up in store since it's been sold out online and a lot of people complain about shipping damages. Just make sure that Walmart actually has the item in stock (the inventory isn't always accurate). Likewise, the store might say it's out of stock online but they actually have it on the floor. This grill is amazing. So easy to clean up!! No rusting. Just remember to use it like a Teflon pan. No metal utensils. I couldn't be happier with it. I should mention that although the top "lifts off" for portability, I think this option is still a very heavy one.

    Great unit at a decent price.
    Easy to assemble, decent quality. The cover is weak, and packaging is terrible. I highly recommend, however, pick it up at the store so you can inspect for damage. Mine was shipped to home, and, was fairly severely damaged. If you have it delivered to your home, get a dead blow hammer and some wood to pound it back in shape for assembly.

    Test before installing
    Item arrived with some minor dings due to poor packaging, but not bad enough to return. However one of the three burners wouldn't light, and support has no ETA of replacement parts in stock due to supply issues. Huge hassle to return, so recommend testing before installing as build quality seems questionable.
