Perfect Grill!
It took a few hours to assemble but it was worth it. Theres a video you can watch and assemble at the same time. We didnt do that but should have lol Its a perfect grill.

POORLY MADE, HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT
Received the grill few days ago. Metal is so thin, looks like it wouldn't last a long time. Grill arrived with many dents because of thin metal and many scratches. several parts has been lost during delivery. Charcoal tray litter is broken and lift only right side of the tray. In general, very disappointed. looks like it doesn't worth $600. left message to customer service, never get a call back.

    Don't buy this junk. Purchased end of May 2021. Kept the cover on it when it was not in use. Before the end of the summer the rubber on the knobs dry rotted off. But the worst of it is when we went to use it yesterday for the first time since Nov. Husband took the cover off and went to open the bottom right drawer, the handle broke off in his hand and the drawer is rusted shut! It's been on pavers and stone, with a grill cover AND under a metal roofed gazebo but in less than 10 months it's literally falling/rusting apart? The last grill we purchased (different brand) we paid 1/2 the price and it lasted 10yrs. This is just total junk. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't buy.

    My husband got me this as an anniversary present because he knows I love to grill. The first time using I smoked ribs and cabbage on charcoal side, the gas side I grilled ribeyes, vegetable kabobs, baked potatoes and corn on the cob. Second use I smoked a ham with the electric smoker

    I picked up this smoker at Walmart. was so ready to use its smoker, prepared the brisket put the chips in and the door would not seal, would not hold temp , or smoke call the manufacture and got nothing but the run around and to this day 2 months later nothing not an email phone call or pigeon carrier so i have a 300 lb. paper weight, it looks great but doesn't work and no warranty. this review is what happened to me your experience my be different one would hope good luck...     Best purchase of the year!
    I absolutely love this grill. It is sturdy; easy to use and easy to move around. The food tastes great. It has so much cooking space. It looks great. I feel like a pit boss using it. I am so glad I purchased this one.

    Great customer service from pit boss.
    Put it together the day I bought it was planning on using gas but ended up I have a faulty regulator so I contacted pit boss and they had no issue sending me a entire replacement for the gas lines and regulator, this included everything from the regulator to the knobs for the gas side, it took me about 30 minutes to replace, and I shouldnt have had to deal with it but it showed me pit boss is true to their word about standing behind their products, FYI including the weekend it took 3 days to get my new part.

    It's "okay" at best.
    Difficult to assemble, so many pieces, terrible directions. The ignighter doesn't work. a thermometer was broken. Honestly, we feel like we should have gone with a ddiffi grill.
