Ouch!
I returned this massager because it caused more pain than it helped. The hard plastic balls inside are very hard. I think it would be better if it used rubber balls.

    Power Cord does not work
    The massager came with a power cord that does not fit the product, therefore I am unable to use it. I contacted the seller over a week ago and have not been contacted back.

    NOT what I expected after reading good reviews...
    This thing is HORRIBLE. First, there was NO heat, so that didn't work. I still tried the massage. OMG, the balls in this thing are HUGE. There is no way to comfortably sit back in a chair and use this. If the heat actually worked AND the balls were about 1/3 the size it "Might" be a useful thing. Wasn't even out of the box more than 5 minutes before it was back in it, ready for a return. Wish they allowed ALL honest reviews to show.
