Harley-Davidson recommends the engine oil be replaced every 5000 mile and its normal for it to burn 1 quart to 1 ½ per 5000 miles. With this oil change frequency, and the normal oil burning, it does not make scene to pay the extra for Harley-Davidsons synthetic oil. Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W-50 synthetic oil is priced, ($10) at the same price as the Harley-Davidson Non Synthetic Motorcycle Oil. The Genuine Harley-Davidson H-D 360 Motorcycle Oil (Non Synthetic) is $10 per quart. The Harley-Davidson Screamin Eagle SYN3 Synthetic oil is $13 per quart. Mobil 1 V-Twin 20W-50 is specifically recommended for lubrication of four-stroke motorcycle engines in high performance motorcycles, and meets or exceeds standard industry quality levels.

II didn't like anything about this. First was sent an email that said it was canceled. So, I went to another store and bought oil, then it shows up at my door the next day. Now I have more oil than I need.

    This is the best, or equal to the best, oil you can buy for a air-cooled v-twin. So why pay more for other brands?

    Best and Most Convenient Value
    Got the often hard to find V-Twin Mobile 1 oil for my motorcycle delivered free from Advance Auto Parts at the lowest price around. Didn't even have to go to the stores and search for it. How can you beat that???

    Excellent all around
    My auto mechanic suggested I use Mobile 1 synthetic oil, 20W-50, in my bike when I complained at how expensive Amsoil was. He told me Mobile 1 was at least as good if not better. I had trouble finding it which is why I ordered it on line. That worked out great. Site was easy to use. Product was delivered to my door within 4 days and they notified me that it had been delivered!

    How to make an engine last
    This full synthetic oil has been a great tool/product that has extended the life of many engines I have owned in the past and present. If you want to extend the life buy reducing wear this is an oil that can achieve it.

    I have over 60,000 miles no problems
    I have over 60,000 miles on my 2013 Harley Davidson and never had a problem I have used Mobil 1 from the first oil change. I live in Southern California where the temp is well over 100 degrees I have never had a problem with the engine.

    GREAT OIL
    I have used Mobil 1 in several Hi-Performance automobile engines over the years. I have owned Harleys for over 30 yrs. I run nothing but synthetic oil in all my engines.. I am glad Walmart is carrying the Mobil 1 designed for V-Twins.. It is cheaper, and just as good if not better than the Harley Davidson Oil.. NOW to be able to have it shipped directly to me, is a wonderful perk.. Thanks Walmart...

    Mobil 1 is the best oil by far. It ranks at the top of the charts by independent ratings companies. We've used it in our cars and trucks for years. Now is the time to use it in your motorcycle. Great value and you can get it at any Walmart nation wide, should you run low on a trip. No more looking for a dealer in some town you've never been before. Stock up and carry one with you.

    I was searching the internet for Mobil 1 V--Twin motor oil. Lots of different prices for the same thing. Wal-mart had the best price by far,they even had it on the shelf at one of the local stores in Mi. . I've always trusted Mobil 1 I use it in all my cars and motorcycles,lawn mowers,snow blowers. Being that Mobil 1 is full synthetic i can always know that my cars will start no matter how cold it gets outside Piece of mind goes a long way. Yes, i would recommend this oil to everyone.
