    It was ok if you dont need higher temperature.
    This. Heating pad was easy to operate and made of nice material. The problem for me was that even at the highest setting it just did not feel hot.

    I have a small medical grade moist heat that kicks out way more heat. You get what you pay for... I'll probably just use on my back since my back not so bad.
