Damaged in shipping, but still working
FedEx delivered this ac and the box was kinda messed up. I should have opened it at that time but I was in a hurry. Turns out the back corner of the ac unit was slightly smushed and obviously had been dropped. However the ac works fine so I don't have time to mess with a return right now. Just a heads up for the next guy.

    The only thing I didn't like about the air conditioner was that it was not available in store. We had to wait 5 days to receive it. It works great, light enough that one person could install it.

    They sent a 14,500 BTU. They said that's what's available now and offered 5% off. It works so I guess I'll keep it.

    WHAT A GEM!!!
    This little air conditioner replaced a much larger unit in our window located in the middle of our home - the dining room. Our bedrooms are off to the sides of the house. It was easy to install in a short period of time and took our dining room, living room, and large kitchen to a cool 70 degrees within an hour or so. I can't say enough about how wonderful this unit is. Delivery from FedEx was a little rough as I think the driver just rolled the unit out of the truck and dropped it but it was still not damaged. It is much quieter than our old unit and goes on and off automatically depending on the temperature we've set it to. It's been in for about a week now and I can't say enough good things about it. Would definitely recommend!
