Awesome family Fun!
This review is for Majik Over The Door Shooting Target Game. We keep this game in the hallway over the hallway closet, so if anyone wants to play it, it is available at any time. My 14 year old son, who is being homeschooled by his local school district, comes and plays it during each of his 8 minute breaks. He absolutely loves it. My husband is always playing it too. I have tried to play it, but I am bad at things like this. My family has no problems hitting the targets, but me, that's another story! The targets move and light up, which is pretty fun. But you have to practice at it to get good at hitting them. The missiles shoot really hard and fast, which enables them to go farther so you can distance yourself out for an extra challenge. The game keeps score and makes lots of cool noises. All that was required was 3 AAA batteries, which I happened to have on hand. If you do not have any, be sure to grab some before checking out! When I first saw this game, I thought it would be more suited for smaller children, but as you can see, kids and adults of all ages love it. I do think however, it might be harder for smaller children to shoot the gun and actually hit the missiles. Overall, I give this game 5 stars. Grab one for your family today and join the fun!

It could be a really fun game
This clay shooting dart board is a really fun idea. It comes with multi games you can select with up to four people and has 3 different hardness modes. The target lights up at different times and you take turns hitting the targets. At the end of the rounds it tells you who won and at what level of expertise each individual shooter is at. Along with your hits, misses and percentage. Unfortunately the board itself wasn't sensitive enough to register the majority of hits it received. It was just too inconsistent. We tried it with new batteries and from different amounts of space from the target as well. It is a fun idea though.

    Just okay
    When this arrived my kids were so excited to play with it and begged me to take it out of the box. When I did I was surprised that the target was a flimsy bendable plastic. I thought that it would be more solid. My kids are ages 10, 8, 7, 5, and 1. I would expect my toddler to not be interested but none of my kids were. They did love the gun and shot it around the house at each other like they do with their Nerf guns. The gun is similar to a Nerf. It has soft pellets. It didn't come with many though and they are all lost except one so now even the gun is useless. It wasn't at all what I was expecting.

    Challenging but fun
    I received the Majik Over-the-door Skeet Shooting Target Game. I have a house with kids ranging from 4-18 so I knew this would be something fun for them to play. The game came packaged nicely in a box. All of the things you need are all in one package (game board, darts, gun and hardware to hang the game). There is a little assembly required but that's only to snap things into place; like the holster for the gun and the hooks to hang the game. The gameboard itself is electronic, so you will need to install batteries beforehand as they were not included. You can hang this game on the door and there is a way you can adjust the straps to make it shorter. The game itself has automatic electronic scoring and sound, you can play anywhere from 1-4 players, select the difficulty and the game type (sideline, up the middle and free play). When you shoot the dart at the moving light it's supposed to stick to the board but I found the dart to fall pretty often. I found that rubbing the tip of the dart with my finger helps it stick better. Overall, I think this is a really fun game. It is a bit challenging but that's what keeps us playing. When I say “us” I mean the whole family. My husband especially loves to play this game and he plays more often than the kids!

    Cool game to play inside the house
    Cool game to spend some free time. It was very easy to do the set up and hand on door, the batteries are not included but they are easy to put on also (no drilling no screws necessary, when you are done you just removed it from the door, or leave it if you don't care about leaving it there). It can also be used with other similar dart guns, which is nice, since we have others, me and the kids were able to play using different shooting guns. You also adjust the height a little bit, for the little ones to be able to see the board better. It is really a game for lots of ages, the darts included are harmless, so no issued there. You can wear the dark on your belt if desired. The electronic board registers the points, every once in a while maybe one wont be registered, probably did not hit the target in the correct way, but not big deal. There are different games modes to choose from (3 different games), or “difficulty”, the game ranks the player on points. Good game to play indoors, when its raining or you just don't want to go out.

    I ordered this for my 13 yr old son and my 10 yr old daughter thought this was a fantastic toy. It comes in a rather large box and is unassembled. The over the door pieces are seperated and slip easily into the skeet board with no tools necessary to attach. I did have to refer to the directions to put together only because it didnt look right to me. You will need one small screw driver to add the batteries which are not included. It comes with the skeet board, a gun with rubber suction cup tips + extra bullets, and a bullet holder. The gun does have a tight cocking mechanism so it can be harder for younger kids nothing that is too difficult for a parent to assist with. Once batteries are added the board has a on off button that you hold down to adjust the game play and type of play. It talks and blinks and keeps score. It is perfect for a child needing some patience skills. Very cute, nice game play easy to learn would recommend.

    So much fun blasting away
    I am a Walmart Sparks reviewer and was given the Majik Over-the-door Skeet Shooting Target Game for free to trial and review. The Majik shooting target game is super easy to set up. Just hang it over the door or for us, we hung over a bin on a shelf. Then press the on/off button on the right. It sings a tune to let you know it's on. Then choose your game by pressing the lower button on the left. To start the chosen game, press that same button again. Then the light on the target would flash. You have to try to hit the target during the limited time the target flashes to score. I have two boys, a 10 year old and a 5 year old. Typically, I am not one to condone guns or nerf guns in the house; but since this game had a target, I felt a little more comfortable that the boys wouldn't be shooting each other but the target instead. The 5 year old a little bit of trouble loading the gun. Once the dart is loaded, it takes a bit of hand muscle to pull lever on the gun in order to shoot. We took turn shooting the target and challenging each other to get the highest score by setting the goal distance a little further each time. We had a ton of fun.

    Son Loves It!!
    My son was excited when this over the door shooting target arrived! He put it together himself very easy I like how it lights up when he makes a shot Lol it does take 3 trip AAA batteries that are not included best of all it hangs over his door I was concerned it would cause damage to his door but it doesn't and the darts are made with very soft/cotton material so it doesn't makes noise.

    Fun indoor skeet shooting
    My husband and kids love this over the door skeet skooting game. It is easy to put together and put over the door.The only trouble I had was slide the hooks into place, but I was able to figure it out. The gun and the bullets resemble nerf guns. So you need to be careful not to shoot someone because it does leave small welts. Once we got the game setup my husband and tbe girls played for a few hours. The games keeps score everytime you hit a target. The target lights up to let you know where to aim. Defintely a cool indoor game to keep every body entertained for a bit.

    Pretty Cool Shooting Target
    We got this Majik Over-The-Door Skeet Shooting Target Game for the kids and I to play with. Let me just ssy this is a huge HIT!! Kids and I love it. Very easy to use and hang over the door. It comes with the light up and talking target, the neft style gun, storage for the darts that are included. You can play different games on the target once you put the batteries in. Its a great game to pass time and have a laugh! I highly recommend it.
