Big Bang for your Buck
Was delivered within 3 days after purchase. Very fast delivery. It was pretty easy to put together. I like how the brand on the center blends and doesn't stand out too much. This is my 6th ebike and I love them all, but this one is my cheapest. It's the best value for a bike with a throttle. I just bought for friends to join on rides. It's a pretty good bike and my son who has a more expensive ebike rides this one.

Too many issues
I had ALOT of issues with this bike! I depended on this bike to get to work /commuter. They didn' t send the back rack which I needed, the seat wouldn't stay adjusted then the battery wouldn't hold charge! I am working with walmart to get a replacement. just. wow

    Great customer service and product
    Great product for the price and my first ebike. I have not purchased a new bike in over 20 years and was ready to upgrade. The only concern is the instruction. They are not very good and some things where confusing. I did email the company and their customer service was very good and responsive emailing me a video to help. I do recommend regardless of if its your first or not of an ebike.

    good sturdy ebike. easy to assemble.
    seems like a good sturdy bike. i think the instructions were done by google translate. pretty funny in places, but easy to put together. i think there's a newer model (not necessarily better) for $150 more.

    Nice bike
    Like it. Haven't ridden much yet due to the cold but it rides well and is comfortable. All the electrical parts, assist and throttle working well. Only negative so far is that the rear tire loses air but with slime that hopefully will be easily fixed.

    Great bike for the price
    I liked that the bike is so solidly built an all the seams are welded making it very secure and safe. It has a lot of get up and gp, rides smooth and comfortable

    Happy with my new ebike.
    Never owned an bike until now but I'm happy with my purchase. The build was a little rough with the tools provided. The little steel tools rubbed my fingers raw but I got it done. The little wrench was a total fail. Have your own tools ready for best results. A great price and quality product.

    so far an awesome bike.. delivered on time. packaged well.. easy assembly. added bag for front bar and rear bar. light worked twice. no longer working .easy replacement with walmart light set. after bike shop tune up. runs and rides well. no shocks no springs on seat. shifts well has plenty of speed.. priced well. easy upgrades to . looks nice plenty of compliments.. get good lock.. BOTTOM LINE.. VERY NICE BIKE. EASY ASSEMBLY. EASY N CHEAP UPGRADES.. CRUISES NICELY.

    very useful and fun.
    I'm really enjoying this bike but it required me to do some internet research before I could ride it. Assembling it took the better part of an evening while following the vague directions, required various adjustments after multiple test rides, and after all was said and done the headlight didn't work due to an issue with the wiring. The shop was quick to respond to my concerns and refund me a portion of the cost for inconvenience after I was unable to find a bike shop to repair the issue. I don't plan on riding it at night and the refund more than covered the cost of a handlebar headlight. As for actually riding it, it isn't quite as premium as my friend's lectric xp but it has a very similar feel. Very smooth ride, great speed, and both very useful and fun. I like the style and am very happy with my purchase. A couple other quick notes, I bought it in hopes of attaching a trailer to haul my son around in and the axle nut was slightly larger than a standard bike, I was however able to easily modify the hitch using a step bit and it works perfectly for this purpose. I also purchased a different seat and am waiting for it to arrive, the one that comes with it is fine but leaves something to be desired for my not broken in butt. Everyone who has tried the bike out has loved and I do too, I've been riding it for less than a week, but so far I'd have given it five stars if it weren't for the challenges with assembly!
