    Good for the money
    I have been hearing some noises in my 2008 Chevrolet Tahoe while I've been driving. I guess something internal was going wrong with one of the sensors. I want to narrow the problem down, so I picked this Launch scanner to have a deep inspection of my vehicle. I was thrilled to see the scan tool helped me pull some important information indicating that the TCM or the transfer case control module was abnormal, and the four-wheel drive indicator got a circuit shot. It got the root of the problem and gave me some ideas about where to start to fix the problem. My other code reader was not reading this, so this is great! By the way, the unit gets a 5-inch monitor right there, and it has excellent rubberized material on it, so it will stay protected even if you accidentally drop it, which is fantastic.

    As a superior upgrade of the crp123x, this obd2 scanner gave me much more in-depth details about my car. The color screen is vivid and sharp and has excellent easy-to-read letters. And the device is upgradable, of course, (via computer and usb cord), and the package included the cable! Moreover, AutoVIN is quite helpful and practical. I got an instant diagnosis for the problems. And I didn’t even need to store codes and then go online to check their meanings. With its built-in DTC library, I got what the code meant. And the library is long and comprehensive, so I could understand the problem. Even better, not just the bothersome check engine light (CEL) was turned off by erasing the codes; I also viewed some detailed information/data accessing four critical systems. This scanner provides a wide range of practical features and has proven to be a good value for me.

    This autel scanner is not just a simple OBD2 scanner, as it can scan for every little issue that your car is experiencing in the 4 most critical systems. It didn't just offer me great peace of mind to instantly know if the check engine light was something critical or just an emission minor that won't cause damage to the engine. Also, it helped me diagnose the abs, srs, and transmission. WHAT A GREAT DEAL IT IS.

    I have a 1998 Ford explorer. Two months ago, a local repair shop recharged me 110 bucks diagnostic fee, and after replacing the wrong sensor, the cost was 225 bucks. So I decided to buy this launch scanner to save money. Its plug-and-play feature is fantastic. All I need to do is to plug the tool into the car’s DLC port. It allowed me to check my car’s performance in real-time. It was designed to read/interpret all check engine light warnings, display the live engine data and make graphs out of it for easier understanding, diagnose trouble codes, and reveal pending codes. Also, it could make a snapshot of the vehicle’s data right when the fault appeared. After watching some YouTube videos, I ended up repairing myself and saved almost 400 bucks. Indeed, this is an excellent addition for every car passionate, amateur, or professional mechanic.

    Save me a lot
    Why take your car into the repair shop and let them take advantage of you? Then you are worried about what they don't tell you the truth and make up a bigger problem. Now you can confirm if you need to go to the dealership. I've used some other error code readers before. But this scan tool is my favorite. It's easy to find out what's wrong with my car. I seldom have the chance to be ripped off.

    It allowed me to do a thorough check of the vehicle. I just left it out there for a cup of tea and then came back, and I just saw quite a lot of data for four different systems. COOL! By the way, you don’t need to worry about compatibility issues as new vehicles come into the market, in which case, you can update the tool and see the latest cars appear in the list.

    The car scanner can scan various vehicle errors and warning lights and take action to correct them. One such warning light is the ABS warning light. This launch scan tool can read the code via the ECU of the car and clear the code, thus eliminating the ABS warning light. So this reliable, intuitive, and well-built scan tool should perhaps be on top of your shopping list.

    After a recommendation, I bought this to scan a car before buying, to check for fault codes, etc. Elementary to use and intuitive right out of the box. Connect it to your wifi, and it updates itself ready for use. The touch screen works well. Real-time diagnostics and alternator/battery checks are handy too. Overall, a well-made, helpful tool that's a must for anyone tinkering with modern cars.

    An absolute winner
    I’ve got an old essential fault code reader in my glove box, and it served well but lacked many of the features I needed to diagnose my Honda’s, mainly SRS and ABS systems. So I ordered this autel scanner after some thorough research on Walmart. My first appearance of the product is its package is in good condition. (Thanks to Walmart’s fast delivery). The controls are self-explanatory - the buttons are well laid out for easy navigation, and the display is bright and legible to give needed data and information. Anyway, it did help me scan my car’s ABS system, and all codes were easily found, a lot more than expected. One of them told me that the suitable front sensor was having a problem and the ABS pump was dying (seriously?!). Overall, fantastic scan tool! I think this autel unit is bound to stand out from the crow.
