My family & I usually always buy the 3 box pack of original Velveeta mac & cheese but last time Walmart didn't have it so we decided to take a gamble & try these instead & boy am I glad we did. My family ended up liking this mac & cheese so much better. The noodles in this mac & cheese are so much thicker than the noodles in the Velveeta mac & cheese we used to buy. The noodles also have a striped texture that helps the cheese better adhere & stick to the noodles more. I noticed sometimes when I cooked velveeta it would have this strange kinda werid aftertaste to the cheese but the cheese in this mac & cheese don't. I definitely am buying this mac & cheese from now on instead of Velveeta.

Good not great
I like this Mac and cheese however it is a tad salty. I like salty foods, but my hubby doesn't! I bought this for us as a decadent alternative to the regular powder type.

    It's delicious
    Kraft makes great products .We always loved the original Mac & Cheese but this Mc & Cheese Deluxe is the bomb .It taste like it took hours to prepared .It's like homemade Mac & Cheese .It's very rich and creamy and it's made with real cheddar cheese no imitation.You can make it a meal by adding any type of meat of your choosing.Definitely recommend.

    Great side dish!
    These boxes are quick to make and very tasty. They taste like you're using actual cheese and the texture is nice as well. I liked the amount of Macoroni this size of box made as well.
