A few things to consider before you take this home
No drain hole for water to drain out so the inside frame has a minimum of 1" water in it at all times, even if you don't use the air conditioner for 2 days it still has stagnant water in it. This water stinks terribly so the ac stinks when it is turned on after a day or two. The water then kicks up all over the outside of the house
