Great Deal
This is a great air conditioner. It runs like a dream and very quiet. It cools almost my whole triple wide trailer. I annot wait to try the heater.

Avoid!
Had the thing since last October just as it was starting to cool down and not be needed, cranked it up for use as it is getting hotter and the compressor will not come on. The unit has had a handful of times of actual AC use and did work and now it will not work beyond the fan. Majorily disatissfied an filing a warranty claim now.

    I bought this AC unit last year was very excited my brother worked hard to get put it in had to rewire, changed the braker and put another plug unit in the wall. Very proud of my oldest brother. Anyways I worked great however I didn't run the unit everyday only when I went up the my mobile home in the country which was 5 times a month and never for very long 3 hours at the most. By the end of the summer it stopped working. I had a year warranty on it tried to call the company unfortunately I never got in contact with anyone after months of every day calling. I finally gave up the warranty has gone off and I am stuck with an AC unit that doesn't work. The heating system does work. Now I have to buy another AC unit but not this brand and surely not one with an AC and heat combo

    Didnt work. Had to return it. Box was beat up pretty badly when we got it too. Air conditioner had dents in it.

    Arrived damaged
    The A/C with heat arrived damaged (see pics)was delivered by FedEx. The delivery person was incapable of unloading it and placing it on our porch. My husband had to help unload it in the rain. I glued back together the pieces that hold the front panel with control board, so that we could use the A/C. Thankfully the A/C works.

    I got it in June of last year. Worked great for the rest of the summer. Got cold and heat worked great. Now that it's hot again it doesn't blow cold. It is an all around a completely. flawed product. Wouldn't recommend at all

    It cools got and heats great. Mine got damaged a little bit in shipping i believe. Its kinda loud
