Great for Non-Cooks!
If you're like me and not big on cooking, this is a great product for you! Just dump it in a bowl, add 2 beaten eggs and water or milk (whichever you prefer, I prefer making it with milk) and then pour it into a baking pan. After that, 15 or so minutes in the oven and you have great tasting corn bread. It couldn't be easier!

    Great addition to meals
    This is a staple in my house! We make it with a lot of meals such a chilli and beans with ham. It's so easy to make and delicious. I like to pour it into my cast iron skillet and bake it!

    Yummy Cornbread Mix
    An old favorite. Put in freezer to kill any Indian Flour Moths for 72 hours and then store in mylar bags with oxygen absorbers. These are known to hatch out a lot of moths so just freeze and then it will be okay.

    add a touch of honey
    Its a very basic cornbread mix. its cheap and easy to throw together. I add a touch of honey to sweeten it up, like half a teaspoon, or a lik honey on top when its done.

    Best ever corn muffin mix and ready in a (Jiffy)..
    Best ever and so cheap. I added honey on top of the batter before going into the oven and added more honey to the top of it after coming out of the oven, Sooooo, Good!

    Everything turned out great .
    I did say substitute for the box of Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes 26.7oz, I received 4 Oz. Pkg. of Four Cheese Idahoan Mashed Potatoes. I would have preferred a box of Idahoan Mashed Potatoes in the range of 26.7 Oz. Without Cheese. It's a small pig. 4 Oz. so I will use it. All in all it was really good, I got everything I ordered except for 2 items which you didn't have and I said no substitutions.

    I mean who doesn't love jiffy cornbread. All time favorite of mine and my family. It's lightly sweet if you like sweet cornbread. Perfect for skillet cornbread or muffins or anything at all

    So easy
    I live at 6000 ft altitude and typically have trouble with baking. My homemade cornbread is usually flat and dry. This mix, however, turned out fluffy, tasty cornbread...baked in our toaster oven! Husband was pleasantly surprised!
