So glad they make this!
I switched my 3 cats from a vet formula to iams and it has saved me so much money... Over $100/month. And, the ingredients are the same.

Jury's still out.
My 7 cats have been on it for a couple months now. They seem to be hungry all the time. I have to believe it's helping with the UTI. I switched to shredded cardboard and paper for their litter to get away from chemicals.

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/03/2022Cat food for kittyIt's a good cat food since my kitty has to eat this type of food, it doesn't upset her tummy just wished they have more flavors she gets tired of the same old food. The cost like everything else has went up.mystikal

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/03/2022No more UTI's for my girl kittySo my girl kitty, Darla kept getting UTIs. The veterinarian wrote prescriptions for Hills and Purina Pro Plan veterinary UTI dry and wet cat foods. Those dry cat foods cost considerably more, but Darla did not like them. So then I bought both Purina One UTI and Iams UTI proactive health dry cat food. So my kitty Darla really likes to eat Iam's UTI Proactive Health. The veterinarian said to feed this to my other three cats as well. So Darla has not had any more UTI's.Angelica

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/02/2022Happy and healthy babyMy baby boy (2 years old not actually a baby) loves the food but doesn't overindulge in it since he actually feels full. I've been giving it to him since he had a urinary tract infection at such a young age. It's helped him a lot and he seems so happy now eating this food rather than the food suggested to me before.Kinou

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/19/2022very happy with this productOur cat was having problems so we switched him over to this Iams urinary health food and was amazed at the change in him. He really likes the food so is eating better and it seems to have helped his bowl problems as well as protecting his urinary health. So far I am very pleased with how this food is agreeing with him.Linda

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser05/29/2022keeps my cat out of the vets officemy cat Baby have been on this for many years and its kept him from getting any more UTI. I have my other cats on this just in case. There are other brands on the market for urinary but my picky cats seems to like this one the best. If you are planning. on giving your cats a UTI preventative diet then do some research on the internet. They need to be on a low magnisum and low ash diet.Bailey
