Such A Nice Boot To Wear For Work Or Just Out
These boots are very nice and comfortable. They fit to size, very durable, and seem lighter then most steel toe. They are so nice you can wear them just to go out too even with being steel toe. Having a painter in the house he's rough on his boots. These don't scuff easy and he's able to work freely in them bending up and down. Will buy these now in the further for boots.

Not Very Comfortable
Nice looking but Not very comfortable. I thought after a few weeks of wearing them they would be better but the Tung folds weird. I have to untie the shoe, mess with the Tung retie the shoe against. Not my favorite design!

    Seem like good boots !
    Honestly these seem.to be some pretty good boots they are very hard and not broke in boots when you get them but I wore them for a week with thick winter socks to get over the hard break in and they are really comfortable like a pair of Italian loafers for work boots ! My only concern is the sole it's very soft and very thick! Which is really comfortable.if you are on your feet for 11 hours a day 5 days a week. Being that they are so soft and spungy I will be interested to see how long the sole lasts !

    Great boots
    Have been working in them for a week now. These are great! I got them on sale for $29 and they can’t be beat for that price point. Iv worn $200 boots and these are comparable. Will they last as long? Not sure. But if you need something to find a job or just to last a year I’d suggest these. I work on concrete all day and they are fine. Not sure how the sole will last outside since they are soft. But if you can get these on sale, you won’t regret it. Just wear work socks with them !

    Just get em
    I am a normal blue collar working man who gets his hands dirty to make clean money. I can not bring myself to drop $200-$300 on a pair of work boots. $65 I can do! I'm on my third pair and I wear them every day all day. They are comfy and hold up great. No rips, no tears, no seams coming apart and no cracked soles. I took 1 star off cuz they only last me about 6 months and are pretty slick on smooth concrete when the soles get worn down. I know more expensive boots would last longer but not 4 times longer which is what it would equate to. So...just get em...they are good enuf!

    Great boots!
    These boots are rugged and very comfortable. I use them for construction work and they have held up good. The steel toes have protected my feet more than once when I dropped something heavy on them. The soles are oil resistant and I haven't any issues with them slipping on me when walking in oil spills. The all leather uppers are tall and really protect your ankles. What I love is how comfortable the boots are on my feet. If you are looking for some good quality work boots you need to get these!

    Worth 6 Stars !!!
    These boots are really comfortable and I say that first because most steel toe boots offer more protection over regular boots but I have never had a steel toe boot offer this level of comfort. These boots bypass the blisters and discomfort , in fact I feel as though i'm walking on clouds . The soft shock absorbing soles really help my knees and my back and did I mention they look great. If you have to wear steel toe boots you'll appreciate these.

    Great value priced work boot!
    Very attractive true to size steel toed boot. I wear a size 11 shoe and these boots fit perfectly in an 11. The 8" height is ideal for outdoor work. I would have given them 5 stars but the soles can be a bit smooth for wet surfaces so watch out for slippery spots. Otherwise these are comfortable and affordable boots that look great.

    They run large, tread could be more aggressive.
    The boots seem good. I've worn them around the house and yard for a week or so and they don't seem to have any obvious flaws or QC issues. I would prefer a more aggressive tread and a darker sole but the tread it has is quite easy to clean. The boots do run a little large. I had planned to wear them for winter and will be wearing heavy socks with them so it's not a big deal. I would suggest trying them on in-store if you can.

    Excellent, comfortable workboots
    The Herman Survivors work boots are extremely comfortable shoe that is ideal for those working in an industrial area where there is risk of foot injury. The leather is relatively soft and supple for a construction boot - this is nice from a comfort perspective, but may raise questions of longer term durability. Instead, the Oakridge model looks like it wants to be a dressier shoe. This might be better suited for those who travel and visit construction sites, but a traditional harder shell could be more appropriate for those working all day. Nevertheless, the shoe is very comfortable, with a soft inner lining, and good arch support. There are several lace loops which greatly facilitate the tightening of the boot against your leg, and there is excellent ankle support. The loops seem to be very durable and of high quality. As mentioned above, the shoe might try too hard at being a "dressier" work boot, but it is a little large to succeed in that area. As functional as it is, it's not very stylish. The only other concern is the weight, which could be significant if wearing for a full workday - however, this is probably a similar concern with all work boots.

    Nice boots
    I found these very well made boots surprisingly comfortable. I haven't worn boots in decades and thought I wouldn't like them, but I went Christmas shopping wearing them and didn't have any problems. The leather is high quality and the stitching is heavy duty. Considering they are steel toed they are still relatively light.
