I just replicated the commercial!
Have you ever seen a commercial and wondered is that real? I got the Gotham steel 20 piece set and decided to try it. I was amazed! first a fried egg no butter , the egg fried perfectly. Then i tried fried cheese. no sticking, finally i fried 2 eggs ham and cheese. again no sticking. everything slid right out of the pan and a simple wipe with a dry paper towel was all it took to clear the pan.

Don't bother
These pans were a Christmas gift from last year and they needed to be replaced after 8 months. Non stick is a joke with these pans. I have to clean pan and change oil in between cooking meats, so the next batch does not burn. Going back to pioneer woman at least hers last.

    Nice Cookware
    Nice looking pans, I recommend medium heat and wash by hand. Lid handle get hot. But that is normal for me with my other pots. I do use them alot . I do get even cooking temperatures All in all good set of cookware

    I love this AMAZING set of cookware from Gotham Steele!! Muffin pan.... Used as suggested with no spray or butter in the pan, just poured my egg muffins into the pan and baked. Not one muffin stuck!! They slide right out with ease! The skillets!!!! .... No oil and no stick! Eggs slide right out of the skillet onto the plate. Easiest cleaning ever also!! Just wipe them out with a damp rag and dry. No scrubbing, no sticking = big win for me!! If you are looking for a good set of cookware you need to try some of the Gotham Steele brand!

    Wonderful pans
    I love to cook and bake and these are amazing to do both i love everything included i baked a cake for my daughters and my sons birthday and the round cake pan worked great! I didnt have to coat the pan with anything i cant wait to keep cooking and baking with these amazing pans and pots

    I'm blown away by the amazing quality of this 20 piece set. The moment I opened the box I realized the thickness and quality of the material of this set. This set brings every single piece you might need to cook as well as to bake. I still can't believe how great it feels. Before I used to struggle getting ride of the stains, but with this set there's nothing to worry about. I don't even need to use any oil. Things really don't get stick on the pans. The other day I made some chicken and it was sliding all over the pan without sticking to it. One of the best things for me is how easy is to clean them. If you want to prolong the beauty of your set be careful with the utensils you use to cook. Only use Woodstick utensils and be gentle so you won't scratch it. If you want some quality pieces to improve your cooking experience, then I'll highly recommend you to try this set.

    Fabulous Cookware & Bakeware!
    Absolutely obsessed with this set! Not only are they gorgeous and have a beautiful finish but they work extremely well! I absolutely love the fact that I don't need any oil (besides a tiny amount the first time you use them) or butter to cook anything! When your meal is done it literally slides right out of the pan! Cleaning these are a breeze as hardly any food residue is left behind. The metal handles are comfortable and don't get hot while you're cooking which is great! I made a cake in one of the cake pans and I didn't spray it before I put the batter in. When it was done I let it cool and what do you know it slid right out! I recommend these to anyone and everyone looking for a great set of cookware/bakeware. These are amazing!

    Excellent matching set of cookware.
    I've never had a complete set of cookware until now and I'm thrilled. This set has every piece of cookware/bakeware that you will ever need. Nothing sticks to these pans, which makes for an easy cleanup. I also am enjoying the consistent temperture this set creates. I couldn't be happier.

    So far so good!
    Over all construction and weight is good I purchased one in the past and it did not last too long, so first impression of Gotham Steel was not good upon receiving the product. Frying pans have been used daily and thus far they have been durable and continue to retain the properties you would expect from a non-stick pan. The test will be how long they will retain the non stick properties by next year. People usually buy a pan and they expect to keep it a long time, so longevity is a must for a product like this to do well over time. The pots and pans also appear to be of good quality and have performed well over the short term that I have had them. I inspected the frying pans for any scratches or wear. I recently found one of the frying pans has a small scratch in the bottom from use. We typically use only plastic spatulas, but one of my daughters may have forgot that rule and used a metal one. My new impression of Gotham Steel is much better, although the real test is longevity. The overall number of items that came with this sample was very good, it may have been too much for a sample test. I have not had time to use all the pieces that came with the set, but I have used about half of them and they all performed well, again, as a consumer the real impression will be made a year from now.

    This large Gotham steel cooking set is awesome! It has everything you need for cooking from small to large pots and pans to baking wear as well. It's great quality and I love the copper tone in the inside.
