Love It
I received this product complementary but my review is honest and my own. I really like these gummies as they are non habit forming, Vegan-friendly and taste amazing top. I sleep really well when I take these and the good thing is I don't have to depend on these when I don't need to take them. I have had no reaction, weight gain or any issues whatsoever. All in all a great product!!

Gummies are OLD and crystallized
This was my first time ordering these from Walmart, I usually purchase at Kroger or pharmacy and have never had a batch like this. Will never order these from this seller again. The gummies came crystallized and stuck in one clump at the bottom like they are very old it were not stored properly. I have to dig them out and pry them apart with a knife and I'm pretty sure the efficacy is null since they have crystals all over them like they are very old.

    Better Quality Control Needed
    Sadly, these came really melted and almost crystalized. This in an ongoing issue with Goli and no matter where you buy them from it happens. Everything clumps together and the product is basically useless. I just switched to capsules from another company through Amazon.

    Goli Ashwagandha Gummies Mixed Berry
    Pinchme sent me a sample of Goli Ashwagandha gummies. This brand, by far is a great brand to choose from among others that are on store shelves. I really liked the Berry taste. With the pandemic and the state it is in, I felt I needed to add something along with my daily vitamins. This brand was not hard, and is soft to chew. There isn't a bad taste on the palate at all. I would recommend anyone try them.

    I recieved a free sample of the Ashwagandga Gummy mixed berry flavor for a review. They are really great in flavor and are soft to chew. I can't say if they made a difference because there is only 2 in the package. I'm definitely going to buy these and see if the effects are actually real.

    These gummies have helped me w/mood swings
    I have been taking these gummies for months now, and they have helped me mellow my moods swings and my sleeping habits. I like them so much that for X-mas, I gifted them to a family member suffering from mood swings disorder, but unfortunately, she could only take them for a couple of weeks and stopped because she was having bad dreams and said she felt under the weather. Again, for me, it has helped me tremendously, and I will continue purchasing them as long as I still get the positive side effects.

    These Work!
    My daughter bought these for me to try after months and months of stress from my husband having a major stroke 11 months ago. I'm his main caregiver and I still have to work so we still have income. If you've ever experienced chronic stress and fear from a major life-changing event that never really resolves, you'll understand the exhaustion and continuous low-key fight or flight response that's always in play when you're awake. I noticed a difference within a week of taking these. I'm not even kidding. I have felt calmer and I've been less reactive to situations which have allowed me to take a step back and make miss thought out decisions. After a few weeks, I did notice that I was starting to feel sort of lethargic and I cut down to one gummy a night, which is my sweet spot I guess. I should say that I'm not taking any medications, Rx or otc, and I haven't had the time (literally) to try to start the process of assigning a PCP for my medical care so that I can get a referral to a counselor so that I could start counseling. That sounds like too many steps for me when I have so many other, more important things to do. As an aside, I believe that many people that need easy access to mental health succumb to the hurdles you face just to try to FIND a counselor, much less find one that you finally can work with. I know that's my issue, it is just too much and I have no energy for it. Anyway, YES, these gummies made a difference in my stress levels and have helped me to sleep better and for longer periods. I don't know why or how, and I don't care. I need these in my life and I'm just thrilled that they've given me the smallest, tiniest part of myself back so I can get through the day without breaking down into tears. One star was removed for price and taste. They're not great but they are palatable.
