Great product!
Great for massages, comes with lots of different heads I actually don't even know how or where to use some of them. Has multiple speeds for different spots on the body that may or may not be as sensitive. I recommend getting this product if you often need or just enjoy massages.

Charged one time now you have to keep it plugged in to use. Doesn't work unless the massager end is in a certain position. Garbage!! Thought it was going to be great based on the reviews WRONG.

    Power button is delayed
    The manual should state that when you touch the button for power it has a delayed response. For several times when initially purchasing it I thought I had a defective product. Otherwise it's working well

    It is so great
    It is so great. The package/ case it comes in looks so nice. When I opened it, it was so neat and clean. I love it. It worked great. Every time you change the setting it is noticeable which is nice. It is awesome how it comes with so many extra massage pieces

    Seems like the real thing?
    So far so good! I ordered this for my hubby's birthday and it came a day early which was perfect! It looks good, seems to work as advertised, and came with a really nice well organized case. I am a little concerned just because it does not have the Fit Pulse labeling anywhere on the product or the packaging/inserts. Is it a knockoff? If it performs as week I guess I don't mind, but it is a bit odd.

    Love it!
    I just received my muscle massage gun and I’m in love! It’s super easy to use and definitely gives you relief from problem areas! I work in the healthcare field and work out 5 days a week so I would get muscle aches from my legs and back. This device is going to be a life saver!

    Promises quiet, but it's louder than other models.
    UPDATE: They gave me my money back, so while the machine was louder than promised, the seller worked to make it right.Maybe this is a defective machine? I don't know. All I know is that this promised a quieter experience and it's louder than the original product.

    Great product, high quality and array of attachments is very helpful. Wish it had more guidance.
    The product is built very well, and seems to be high quality. Everything works as advertised - I haven't tried running it straight for 6 hours but the battery has certainly lasted for multiple separate sessions and you don't feel "tied to a cord" in any way.The array of attachments is extremely helpful - my wife & I found we had different preferences.One area I would like to see improvement on is some guidance on how best to use the massage gun for the right effect - we found it's a bit of "trial and error" since it's not as intuitive as giving a massage yourself since you can't feel the muscles whilst using the massage gun.
