So many things in one
I like that this is a jump pack as well as an air compressor. It's very portable, even though it's a bit heavy. It has a low/medium battery level to show you when your battery is low, which is nice. I appreciate that it has has a light and a USB port. My husband likes that it has 1,000 amps and it's a PSI compressor. The only thing con I can say about it you will need some type of extension cord to plug into it when you need to charge it. Otherwise, we love it.

Black Friday Deal ?
Black Friday (scam)deal was $80. Normal price through Amaz for better Stanley that is the same size is $70. . Compressor is one of the worst I have ever used. It is very slow about a 1lb every 2 minutes and after 10 minutes you need to stop so it does not overheat. Light on the side sticks out and can not be removed so it can easily be broke off.

    Today I'm reviewing the Everstart Jump Starter. Overall my impressions with this brand are mixed. I've owned two other jump starters by everstart in the past year that have failed me. I'm hoping that since this is a newer model, it has revised the flaws in the prior products that let me down. So I've tried out each feature on it. First off the compressor isn't fast, but it's portable, so that's a fair trade off. It took me about 15 minutes to inflate a tire from 2 psi to 30 where it then did its safety cutoff to prevent overheating. The two previous jump starters took a shorter time than this one, but I suppose it's for the safety and durability of this product that they've done this. Either way, I've had other compressors do a much quicker and more efficient job. It also has an analog gauge versus my two previous ones having a digital gauge. The next feature is the jump start. I have a fourwheeler/atv that seems to lose its battery juice after every cold snap, I placed this on it, turned the knob, and it made it crank right up. The amperage on this should be plenty for other things, too, like your car, lawn mower, utv, or farm tractor. I don't doubt that it will be able to jump start a vehicle if kept fully charged. The next feature I'd like to talk about is the 12v cigarette lighter plug and 5v USB plug. They both do as advertised. I plugged a small voltage power inverter in the 12v and it was able to power a work light that had a built in hanger. I plugged in several USB devices and it powered them without fail as well. It's only 5 volts, though, and most modern phones are charging on higher voltages these days, so if you have a power inverter, then that's the better route to go when using this battery to charge your phone. The last feature I notice is a small light on the side of it. My first everstart compressor also had this light, but this newer one decided to place the power button on the light, which is a change I'm kind of fond of. I often would accidentally trigger the light on my old compressor. As for the power of the light, it's not strong, but it's good enough for if you need to inflate a tire or find your battery terminals in the dead of night and can't see in the dark. Your smartphone probably has a brighter light, but you'd have to hold your phone whereas this one stays on the jump starter and can be positioned to shine on what you're working on. Overall, if it were a perfect world, I'd recommend it, like if there was no humidity to kill it like my first everstart, or if it didn't just one day refuse to charge like my second one. However things aren't always like that, and I'd suggest checking your options and price point, reading reviews on all of the ones you look at before making your choice. I'll stick by this one until it either wears out or fails on me.

    This EverStart Maxx 1000 Peak Amp Jump Starter with Compressor, Pivoting LED Light, DC and USB Port is the perfect auto safety equipment to have on hand. It has a built in light, DC/USB port, and jumper cables. You do need to charge it before using, but it is perfect for roadside emergencies and mobile needs. It is also easy to carry and transport.

    This is an awesome product ! I used the air compressor to fill a 14 " tire to 50lbs. It exceeded my expectations. I have another 12 volt air HD compressor and it was better then it. But it does put a drain on the power pack. The power outlets are great. Gotta be careful not to damage the little light they have mounted on the side it wouldn't take much to knock it off by accident. Its a shame it doesn't have a corded light to store in a shielded pocket and just plug in in the 12 volt outlet.

    I received this battery jump starter and it is an amazing product. When someone need to jump there battery all you have to do is pull this out and it starts a battery right up. Also, it has a part to charge your phone and everything. Another plus is that it has a compressor attached to it that gets your tires pumped up. I just love this product.

    A lot of power in such a small package
    This rechargeable jump starter is awesome! It's got everything you need in a small emergency. It was nice to take it out of the box and it was already charged up and ready to use! It has an LED light on it just in case you need to use it in the dark. It has an air compressor to fix your flat tire. It has 12V DC Power Outlet, 2.1A USB Power Charging Port, 120 PSI Air Compressor, 1000A Peak Battery Jump Starter with a battery status indicator. If your battery is dead you don't need another car to start it. Just pop this compact machine out of your trunk and it's ready to go. It has an easy grip handle, it's not very loud, it's light weight, and is easy to use. I'm a neat freak - so I like that everything has it's own place - it's not bulky or messy. It has an illuminated pressure gauge on the back too. This is an awesome product and I'm glad that I've got it and feel safer knowing it's in my trunk. I would highly recommend this.

    This is a good item to have, especially if you have an older or unreliable vehicle. Has a good amount of extras to it. Some of the buttons are a little cheap feeling but they aren't something you'd be pressing very often anyway. My main complaint is the charging port, it has a little rubber cover that pulls down and it kind of gets in the way of extension cord, it's soft enough to move pretty easily but think that part could have been designed just a little differently.

    Multiple ways to use this 'jumper,' from charging a dead car battery to a dead phone. There's a light to brighten a room or a project or work without being in the dark. Use the compressor to fix a fla t tire or just add some air. It powers up quickly and holds a charge a long time, to ve ready to go. My problem is it's heavy, though it's not something to have to carry a distance and should not be a real issue. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10 and glad to have it! Thank you for this opportunity.

    Great backup
    This everstart jump starter is a great backup for on the road trips as well as camping excursions. After a full charge, it provides you with a compressor, power for a GPS, USB charging stations for your electronics snd car jumper cables. The only con is the weight—it is sooo heavy. After a full charge, three weeks later it still has plenty of battery life.

    EverStart 1000 AMP Jump Starter Does the Job
    The EverStart Max 1000 Peak Amp Jump Starter is a great device to have in your car or truck for those moments when you wish you had one when the need arises. No need to carry jumper cables, a flashlight, or Air compressor anymore because this unit has it all. From a 120psi rated built in air compressor to a LED flashlight you can adjust on the side to a robust and comfortable handle to tote it with this thing rocks! It also has a 12V DC Outlet and a USB charging port as a bonus. I carry this jump starter with me and have always been leery to help others jump off their car with jumper cables because I've always heard that damages you battery, but with this have already helped two people and it started up their cars easily with both people saying "I got to get me one of those". Anyways this is very user friendly and easy to operate. Just be sure it is fully charged and every couple months check the battery gauge to see that it is still fully charged and you are good to go. I can't recommend this enough. It is about as necessary to keep in your vehicle as a spare tire because after one use you will be glad you invested in one. If I had one negative to say it would be it is a little heavy at just under 20 lbs and a bit bulky, but for me that isn't an issue, but to others it might. Thanks.
