Great Throw
This is my 2nd blanket. First was for my wife to use sitting back watching TV on those cool nights (using a wall adapter) and in the car on her lunch break in the winter. No need to waste gas keeping the car running. Just plug in and within 5 minutes it's keeping you warm. I got this one for my new granddaughter to put over her in her car seat. Get a wall adapter and the uses are endless.

    Not Great
    Bought this for my toddler on cold days. Does NOT heat up quickly and only gets lukewarm. I wanted a blanket that heats up to a noticeable temperature for colder days. Will be trying another brand that offers higher temperature options. Only plus, it's very heavy and adds a small amount of heat.

    Could get warmer ...
    It gets decently warm but not really warm enough to warm you up quickly or be warm enough to take it off in the car .. just enough to take the chill off

    warm blanket even without the heat..
    Was a gift for my mom for Christmas..she's a crossing guard and it can get quite chilly in the winter...I tried it quickly before I gave it to her...I plugged it in...you have to turn on the battery (but the car is not running)..you will see it light up...I waited about 2 minutes to see if it was gonna warm up and it did start to...I think it takes a few minutes to fully warm..so far it seems fine.

    I had been looking for such a thing for my wife. We enjoy going to the coast and the drive-in movies. This is perfect for her because she tends to get cold easily. It is very nice, it is like a double felt blanket in itself keeps her warm. The added heating element in it is great. Takes about 8 min to warm up. I would recommend not leaving it pugged in for extended periods as it does have quit a substantial draw ( 3 amps ). the thermostat takes a long time to work but it does the trick ( 14 min till it reduced the 3 amp draw ). The cord is kind of short, but it is a good size 18 ga.

    Good for cold mornings.
    I sit in my car before work and at lunch time.This blanket kept me comfortable on a 30 dg. morning. Had to leave switch on aux when car was not running.

    Great product
    This is an excellent product. I am giving it as a Christmas gift. It will be very convenient for my mother who gets cold easily in the winter. With this blanket she can keep warm when traveling and my father won't have to turn the heat way up in the van.
