Awesome, unbeatable value, powerful, fast ect.
It's been great so far I crashed on it first ride going 20mph transitioning from street to sidewalk (pictures of the damage below) there was a small curb I hit at an angle causing handlebars to snap oversteer leading to a skid which ejected me onto the sidewalk the scooter slammed into pavement and slid a few feet I sustained minor road rash both elbows and hands plus a black eye because i was wearing a heavy backpack and the weight made my head hit ground just a little bit did not have helmet on luckily no road rash on head or face just the back eye the scooter was not damaged really at all only a scuff on the seat, scratches on plastic rear lug cover, and headlight was scuffed. If you've never ridden an e-scooter I highly advise wearing a helmet and full pads

the scooter seems to be great so far but when i tried to charge it the tip just came off. sonow im eith a scooter that cant be used without a charger.

    I took it for a test drive and the brakes didn't work I hit a car I'm currently in the hospital with a broken leg I'm mostly ganna sue I don't recommend this item what so ever

    Don't buy! Not worth it! Total waste!
    Unfortunately, this scooter is not at all what it advertises. Max speed is 15 MPH not 28 MPH as advertised. I weigh 250 lbs and the scooter advertises it supports up 330 lbs. Also false. My son fell off the scooter and the the digital display plastic (very cheap and awkwardly placed snap in half the first week we got it. It rendered the scooter useless because it stopped functioning. I tried contacting customer support, but they do reply. I attempted to offer the company an opportunity to resolve the matter, but no one replied back. At that point I just requested a refund, but I haven't received any reply. I'm angry that I spent so much money for nothing.

    Evercross H5 Electric scooter.
    mannnn mannn this scooter is super super fast (30MPH) it's definitely need of gear if you get it and process went smooth i got the package right in front of my door and actually earlier then what the time estimated but yea over all great scooter and nice processing of the package definitely recommend.

    Vary heavy,takes two of us to place bike in my car. Trying to get my Payment returned but, can-not get any one to respond to my request. Sent three e-mails but no response to my request. Will call my credit card tomorrow and request a stop-payment for this item.

    Purchase was fine and shipped quickly. I do have an issue with the product (bad front wheel bearings) but it must be dealt with by the seller which is not an effective process as they hardly respond. For the $90 discounted price it would be worth just buying on Amazon for better service.

    Best scooter under $600
    After 3 months of owning two of these my only complaints are that both of my scooters make a metal clunking noise in front end when going over small cracks and bumps or rough terrain. Also, the front shocks on both are pretty crappy. Overall its still fun and its the fastest scooter for under $600, i tries 3 other brands for over $600 that were not as fun and fast. Granted im 220lbs and dont get them past 24 mph on my gps. I wish it had softer smoother tires like the earlier model. I recommend these for people 240lbs, any heavier and the shocks bottom out over bumps.

    Fast but has flaws
    Seems good deal at first. $560-$700 depends on when you bought it. Good speed and features. However, there are issues. Seat won't stay in place and would turn and rotate when riding. No electronic braking. Braking isn't that great. Noisy suspension. Speedometer only shows up to 27mph even when you are traveling faster than that. P settings don't work. Can't change any setting. Steering mechanism has play in it and wobbles. Off road tires are uncomfortable and makes scooter vibrates a lot. Seat is too far from the handle bar. Kickstand isn't very stable. Range isn't that great. Maybe around 18 miles. The front light isn't bright enough for night riding. If not for those issues, it's a good scooter for the price.

    The Perfect Scooter, At The Perfect Price!
    I think the Evercross electric scooter is the perfect scooter! I've purchased several for my family members who use them as commuter scooters, for work and school. I've waited 2 years to get one for my bff and myself. I got the newly redesigned version. This thing is hefty. The deck is roomy for foot placement. The motor is scary quiet. The acceleration is good. I'm 5'6" and weigh 206. It carries me just fine. I've only used 1st and 2nd modes. Going 15 mph is a breeze. I'm sure it'll get over 20 mph easily. The scooters came in a timely manner. Both were in excellent condition. They were packaged very well. Wal-Mart's price of $559.99 is unheard of for this Evercross!! The cheapest I've seen them elsewhere is for $670-$680. No one can beat Wal-Mart's price! If you're looking to buy a well made, speedy scooter for fun or commuting; the Evercross is the one. Don't get it from anyone but Walmart.

    The range and speed are both as claimed - very impressive. I've been using mine daily for a month now and have been very pleased with the price and quality. Wish the seat was easier to remove (you can remove it, but it requires a tool and a little work). Wish I could more easily see the LCD screen in the sunlight. I couldn't figure out how the cruise control feature worked, but I would love to use it. I wish the throttle control was more conveniently located (I have to bend my wrist sort of unnaturally to pull the throttle - it's not too bad, but could be better). The light is nice, but the colored lights and turn signals are superfluous, I feel. I wish the horn was a little lower in pitch (it feels kind of wimpy). Overall - one of my favorite purchases this year! Excellent value for the price.
