    Best for the price. the Economy mode works best for the area we needed to cool down. The auto selection kept it ice cold. Great unit.

    Great bargain, Soo many add-ons!
    I haven't exactly installed this Air Conditioner yet, as I have to wait for someone to come install it. However; I am very pleased that I found an A/C with ALL the options I wanted! There was maybe 2 options that had them all, I was very surprised there weren't more! I wanted an A/C that was QUIET since it sits basically behind my bed and I have to turn the TV up to almost maximum volume, to be able to hear it. Nevermind be able to hear someone else talk. I also wanted an A/C that was a "smart unit" so I could hook it up to my phone. That way I can turn it on from basically anywhere! I also wanted one with a remote, which will make it so much easier to change the temp or turn it off and on! Lastly, I wanted a window unit and not a stand up A/C that would take up a ton of space in my bedroom! It was incredibly difficult to find one with all these options: window unit, quiet, with a remote and compatible with my phone! Thankfully, I found this one, at Walmart! No other stores had anything even close! I even got it at an amazing price! It even had different options in case someone needed more or less BTU's than someone else. Simply amazing product! It also came about 5 days sooner than I expected, WIN! And if after I use it, I can edit this review, I will be sure to try to! Thank you for offering such an amazing product!

    Run!!!!
    After normal operation I would say that I am concerned to say the least about the overall safety rating that this unit has. There is no way in my opinion that this unit should be dreamed safe to use over extended periods of time not only is it not worth the money at this point but the overall threat to health and life in my opinion should be taken into consideration . In my opinion I say not worth it buyer beware

    I have had this unit for about a year and 3 months. Installed May 16 2021. Bought brand new. Worked great for about 4-6 months, then started noticing small issues at first, like much less cooler air (it's in a tiny bedroom) and even at lowest it can go at 61, it barely cools the room. Then the noices started, not too crazy at first, just slightly annoying, that went on for a few months with hardly cool air. However in the last 2 months now, it's so stupid loud i cant sleep, drips water everywhere (its installed properly) and no matter how often i clean it, it's constantly spewing mold. I've contacted the seller, and will update if they have decent customer service, but i would absolutely NOT recommend this unit to anyone, such a waste of money. i did over a year of research on ac units before purchasing and am very limited on units because of my window size. This thing SUCKS.

    Inaccurate dimension description
    I didn't get a chance to use it because the web page gave the wrong dimensions and it wouldn't fit in my window. I'm giving the one star for that reason. What a disappointment and waste of my time.
