    This puzzle was very well made and not expensive as far as a personalized item goes. The only complaint I have is that mine was missing 2 pieces.

    Unsatisfied but picture is good quality
    I've ordered a puzzle from you before so I know you can do better… I don't even mind that it was over a week late but it just came with half the pieces put together already, I mean STUCK together ripping if I try to detach them… bummer

    Disappointed
    I've purchase several photo puzzles in the past, and, as far as I can remember, the 252 pieces had always (previously) been packaged in a sealed bag, and the sealed bag was contained inside a gift box, and the gift box was packaged inside a shipping box and we always received 252 pieces. Well, this particular puzzle was shipped with no sealed bag, and, unfortunately, 2 pieces are missing. Not enough of a disappointment to put the effort into going through the return process in order to get a refund, but certainly disappointing.
