Awesome for tired feet!
I stand on my feet 10 to 12 hours a day and they ache so bad! I bought this Costway in "Hopes" that it would help the pain go away! And I can say that it does help with the over-all pain. I can say that the unit works just like they say it will and I'm very happy with my purchase!

Meh!
My husband insisted I buy it, so I did. I was surprised at how big it was. This is not something that can be stored away anywhere. I used it once and found it uncomfortable.

    Curvy Calves? Tender Ankles? Get Ready to Say Ouch
    This device uses a system of rollers, and what I can only describe as "pinchers" to massage the lower legs and feet. The "pinchers" are a rectangular frame made from what I am guessing is tubular metal or plastic that is cushioned by some kind of foam wrap and set vertically beneath the linings to squeeze the calves. These are set too closely together and their pinching motion causes me pain. Because I work out, I have curvy calves with well developed muscles. The rollers on the feet are just okay if you reposition your feet a few times. The way the rollers hit the ankle bones hurts a little. There is a vibration feature inside the unit's housing. It makes a lot of noise, but I can't feel the vibration in my legs or feet. All-in-all I do not find the massage given by this somewhat massive device to be relaxing in any way. If I can I will post an update about the return process involved with this particular Wal-Mart Marketplace Seller, because against my better judgement I ordered this item even though it is not sold directly by Wal-Mart.

    Good purchase - wish it held the leg in place
    good massage, but the movement makes your leg move forward so you end up having to constantly push against the back to ensure you get the whole leg-foot massaged.

    Great idea poorly executed
    Was a gift. Recipient said it was ineffective--didn't act on the heel or ankle. Wasn't usable at other than a 4 legged kitchen chair. Doesn't work with plus sized people.

    It's great, we recommend it, we use it often!
    It's excellent! An average height, average size person 5' 6" - 5' 9" is able to insert his or her feet into the massager/kneader up to the knees almost. This device will knead your feet and calves simultaneously, meaning both at the same time, or separately, meaning you can knead feet OR calves and not the other. It also has heat and massage, although, to be completely honest, I didn't feel a lot of heat. It didn't appear to be a very warm heat. Maybe I didn't have it on long enough. The device cuts off automatically after fifteen minutes, which is a good thing. This is a large, heavy object about the size of a footstool! The delivery box that it comes in is huge! You will be thinking you are taking delivery of a mini-fridge or something! The massager/kneader is attractively designed and manufactered. Overall, it is something that is going to get a lot of use around our house, as we have elderly and people who stand/walk all day at work. I wanted to be fair in my review and list good practical points as well at bad practical points.

    NO INSTRUCTION MANUAL
    Wow! Delivery was really fast. Nice! Upon opening the box I usually first look for the instruction manual, there was none. Got puzzled already. Inspected the unit, I notice there's some kind of hair in the fabric. Took off the black fabric to clean it I noticed the fabric is kinda worn out already. Anyways time to test the unit. It looks solidly built. After using it for 45 mins. on different cycles. I can't feel any heat and I have to use my hand to find any heat source. There is a little heat coming from the toe area. Good thing I liked the massage cycle. A little disappointed on my purchase. No brand name, no instruction manual, dirty and worn out fabric. I thought I bought a brand new massager.
