Don't buy
This A/C didn't even pump out cold air. Let it run for two days in a 100sq ft room and it didn't cool down at all, it was like having a fan on instead. Returned and bought a GE from Home Depot. This reminded me why I don't buy off-brand.

    Looks and cools good ! Fast delivery well packaged ! However there is a high pitched squeaking sound when compressor is producing cool air ! Most noticeable out side by our neighbor ! Auto mode cycles fan on and off for a only a few seconds a few minutes apart before compressor finally engages to produces cool air ?!! I'm going to give it a few more days and then take it back if it doesn't quite down and operates correctly in auto mode ! It's currently mounted in a window ! We have a custom thru wall place, on a differential wall, we made when we built this room that is currently covered inside and out but will not open up interior and exterior drywall and siding hole for AC until we have a AC that works to insure a correct fit !! Not happy with needing to do install work over !!

    I'm trying to return the ac unit because I can't have it put in because I am 4 flights up in the apartment complex so they won't let me, I'm 68 and I really could use it but the apartment complex said no

    Great!
    I bought this for my son's room and usually I try not to buy cheap things because they won't last long but this ac is perfect. I like the fact that I can control it on my phone and put a timer on too so I will definitely buy another one
