Replaced my CHar Broil grill
Replaced my grill. The previous one lived far beyond expectations. This one is better. The part that began to fail in the previous one was the bottom. This one is removable and therefore replaceable which I like. Already using the grill in the winter.

WHAT A PIECE OF Sh!+
I had a 20 year old Char Broil and it worked great. I recently bought a new one and what a piece of sh&t. FLAMES UP TERRIBLE , the grates are too small so food falls between them and they slam around when ur trying to brush them. Pretty typical, something works great and the engineers need work so they screw with it until they F it up. Real pretty LED lighted knobs, unfortunately if sucks at cooking food!!!! Great job engineers, maybe try using it before rollin it out. Just wasted a nice ribeye!!

    Charbroil grill
    Amazing product!The last Charbroil grill I had lasted over 10 years.Just had it outside on my deck never covered.Always worked perfectly.It was starting to need some parts replaced from rusting so I decided to just buy a new one.It was a great choice!Love my new grill.This time I bought a cover.Such a great product now that it's covered I may never need to buy another.?

    Charbroil 4 burner
    Ordered on line. Upon opening, noted a couple of dented and missing parts. Contacted Charbroil and they remedied promptly! We've now grilled 4 times and I must say I'm very pleased with ease of operation; performance; and results of grilled items. Temp control works great. I can recommend this product!

    Misleading information. Not truly what you get.
    Having heavily used a 3 burner Char-Broil Tru-infrared grill for over 15 years it finally bit the dust. Really loved the grill and wanted one similar to it. We ran across this Char-Broil 4 burner Amplifier infrared grill. We decided to purchase due to the sale price. To our surprise even though it says it's in a cabinet…it has a totally open back. It is also not anything like the tru-infrared in grilling. It does flair up, just not as bad as a regular grill. Shame on you Char-Broil.

    Nice grill
    Nice grill. I wish I could say the same for FedEx who delivered it. I watch the guy toss it off the side of the truck. I was lucky it is well packed, and nothing was destroyed.

    Piece of Junk
    Been grilling for over 40 years. Was recommended by a friend. Assembly was easy, grill had very little weight to it for it's size (cheap). Used grill ~2 times per week. Igniter died after ~2 months (it was not the battery, button failed). Impossible to get uniform temperature due to burner setup. Too many hot and cold spots on grilling areas. The gas feed runs along the front of grilling area and results in heating up your arms, can get pretty hot when you are flipping items on the rear part of grill. Warming rack, in back part of grill area sits to low and makes it very difficult to flip steaks, chicken or anything bigger than a hotdog. I removed the warming tray. Grill is so light that I have to secure the grill with one foot while cleaning grates so that it will not slide around on my deck. Got so frustrated that I stopped using it and bought a another grill after 5 months of use

    Almost perfect, almost
    This one has a more sturdy warming rack but since it is stationary it gets in the way of anything on back of grill you are trying to flip over. Makes it difficult if you have a pretty full grill of burgers or chicken. Also, after 2 uses the electronic igniter failed. Clicked on replace part on warranty (or whatever it said) and it goes to a "opps can't find that page." Had to buy a replacement igniter, easy enough fix but really, used it twice. Also, keep an eye on the grease drip pan, fills up rather quickly depending on what you're grilling.
