Delicious and energizing! The Blue raspberry, Arctic, and Watermelon flavors are all good. I only use half a serving because I am sensitive to caffeine and this is a strong mix.

    It Tastes Great
    I bought C4 for two reasons. Number one, I love its fruity flavor with the perfect sweetness and two, it has caffeine. I can't tell you about what it does to my work outs, as I don't work out. But it tastes great! Isn't that a good start?
