Anxious Beginner
I just received my camera and am anxious to use it. I'm a beginner photographer and noted there isn't a user manual included with the camera nor a warranty card. Instructions would be nice to have, am I supposed to download an app?

wrong charging cord.
The charging cord that came with this camera is not meant for USA outlets at all. The first picture is my outlets here in the US.

    Unresolved issues
    I received the European edition of this camera - withthe wrong electrical cord. The seller has not yet contacted me for a resolution and it's been three days.

    wrong battery charger cable
    all was fine, except you sent a European charger cable. took 3 stores to get an adapter so the battery can be charged. Disappointed in that.

    Incorrect description.
    Wish I would have read before ordering that it is not a T7. This information is wrong. Also doesn't have a US charging cord. Makes no sense at all. Already opened and it was a gift so not easy to return. Super disappointed with this description. An EOS 2000d is not a T7.

    Great camera so far! Only bad thing is that it comes with a European style plug for charging system. If you are buying in the USA you have no way to charge your battery without paying extra money for either an adapter kit or buying an American plug style charger.

    The product arrived and Everything was present
    The original estimated delivery date was incorrect. The package was a week late but thank goodness for tracking numbers. The package was delivered with care by FedEx. Immediately opened the package to check my purchase. Everything that was advertised was present and packaged wonderfully. All products were inspected for any defects. Everything arrived perfectly and working well. Happy Holidays indeed :)

    decent dslr for the money
    Came with a funky (Eurpoean?) power cord for the charger, we didn't see any adapter. I happened to have a US cord handy. Wife is still trying to figure out how to make sure it doesn't flash on the various shooting modes, other than the "no flash" shooting mode.

    Great camera. the only reason not five star review is that it came with a European plug for the charger. but only had to swap the 110v side to American plug everything else works great.

    Read the whole description!!
    I received the EOS 2000D not the Rebel 7 which would have been fine except the plug ins are not ones used in the USA so now I have to buy a battery charger and cords that will work with the camera. Which seems like it would be a simple task but its actually been a huge pain to find. Wish I would have read the fine print when I ordered.

    Charger cord has wrong end for the US.
    The camera came with a charger for another country. the plug end for the charger does not work in USA. I will update if the company does the right thing and sends the proper plug. This was bought on Walmart App. No where in the description does it say it won't work in US plugs. This is sad and ridiculous.
